I had to return a shirt on Tuesday. The young lady who worked the cash register was The Assistant Store Manager and she had a nasty attitude to say the least. After looking around for items that seemed like I was interested in exchanging, I get to the dressing room and asked her" how long do I have to exchange?" She responded with "why?" Needless to say I gave her back every piece of her merchandise and got out! I'm not sure if she felt comfortable with addressing my question with a "why," because of "Rainbow's Target Audience" but the shirt wasn't worth her lack of professionalism...

The clothes are very nice but the return policy socks I bought my clothes 8 days ago and went to return them and only got store credit because it was 1 day after the 7 days. My son had surgery so we weren't able to make it right back so I lost out on my money smh I called corporate and the lady was very rude like well I don't know what to tell you its policy smh after I use my store credit I will never shop...

The employees that work here are very rude/passive aggressive. I walked in 20 mins to close. At 15 minutes I started being told every other minute how much time I had left. They started turning the lights off in the store while customers were still shopping and it was still 5 mins until the actual closing time....
