The vibe as soon as you walk into Southern Loft is so welcoming. Just a few steps in, and my husband was already saying "Oh yes, this is where we're going to find our couch." Angie greeted us pretty soon into our adventure and was super helpful/knowledgeable. A lot of her input helped inform our decisions. She sent us home with some fabrics so we could take our time deciding on a customization for a couch we really liked, and the next day, we walked away with not one, but two couches, as well as a comfy chair for the living room and a pillow. Technically, we only have one couch right now as the other three items are being made, but it was such a fun and exciting experience, and we really felt like everyone there shared in our excitement, which was great. Southern Loft feels upscale, yet there's something for everyone. The staff is so friendly, the place is clean and everything is so beautifully displayed. This is also the kind of place where you can get assistance with interior design, which we'll definitely be keeping in mind.
