Absolutely Outstanding Service! I cannot say enough good things about the team at Great American Cookie Company on College Avenue in Fayetteville!

I had ordered a cookie cake that wasn’t supposed to be ready until 2:00, but my mom had to be taken to the ER unexpectedly and I needed to leave town early. I messaged the store just hoping for the best — and within minutes, the owner himself responded. They got it baked, decorated, and ready before the store even opened so I could grab it on my way out of town. This was on a home football game day when they were already slammed with orders!

It’s not every day you come across people who truly care and go the extra mile, especially when they don’t have to. I’m so thankful for their compassion and kindness during a stressful morning- it truly made...

Maybe just my experience. maybe cause its valentines day and they are overwhelmed with all the other orders they messed up. My design wasnt even close to what is was suppose to be. The employee behind the manger was very understanding about everything. The manager however couldn't think well enough to understand what's going on even with the employee behind him trying to help him understand. In the end all I wanted was a blank cookie to go decorate myself for my wifes birthday. That was apprently unacceptable. If u have any faith in your own art skills I'd suggest grabbing your own blank cookie an give it your best. That's about 10x better then the effort I was given in both my cookie design and the effort put into fixing...

We have been coming for years and just had the worst experience the last two times we went. Ordered a cookie cake and they got it wrong. They redid it, but we had to wait and didn’t even offer a discount for it. Then we went in to get a cookie and could get no one to help us at all. There were two people working. One was on the phone the whole time and the other helped another customer not acknowledging us at all. Then when she was finished a man had just walked in and she helped him instead of us. Not even sure we would have gotten what we came for as there seemed to be no chocolate chip cookies. Finally gave up...
