Did not have the greatest experience, went with my family on a member appreciation night. Was not impressed by the alcohol being served but not monitored or even age checked. Felt like the employees had too much going on. Left a less than steller review and the staff stalked the security footage, then called me unsolicited to try and breakdown what they saw on the footage I guess, while another staff member left a reply questioning my knowledge of safety protocols, felt very unprofessional to me. So if you have an opinion be prepared to be somewhat interviewed if they disagree, was given a play by play of what my family did while we were there. That being said, I was told it was members appreciation night and that's not a typical thing, they only do those 4 times a year so maybe another day would have painted them in a better light. It didn't feel family friendly to me but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, perhaps we will try again on a normal day after my 1st impression is no longer fresh in my mind. I'm leaving my review of my experience and pointing out what I was told about it not being their norm but sometimes it's about how a not typical day operates to decided between two similar businesses. You're welcome to disagree, and I truly hope you have a different experience. I was less than kind on my 1st review so I decided to change it as it was posted while in an...

We became members our first time in the gym because the atmosphere is so inviting and the staff is so friendly. TRC has become one of the few bright spots for us while we're stuck in Fayetteville.

Our kids are so comfortable here that we decided to put them in the First Ascents every week. We are absolutely glad we did!

Holly and Lauren have been the ones working with my youngest. They are so patient and amazing with him. Holly has motivated him immensely and believe me, with my son, that's a massive accomplishment! He adores her so much that he is constantly trying to top himself to impress her. It's so fun to watch the progress he's making under her instruction!

My daughter's teacher Kaitlyn, has worked wonders with her also. She has such a commanding presence with the kids that drives them to succeed. Kaitlyn just has a way with the kids in her class that inspires them to want to do their best every time. That's difficult to find in an instructor.

Watching our kids grow in so many ways because of these young ladies is just such a great opportunity for our family.

Thank you, TRC crew, for providing us here in Fayetteville with a wonderful place to call our...

This review is long overdue; While I was stationed at Fort Bragg I had purchased and paid for a year membership up front and was told I would be able to freeze it while in training or deployed. Well just so happens while I was deployed I asked you freeze my membership and once coming back from my deployment I was told that it had expired and even showing my orders for deployment they wouldn't credit me my remaining time. Okay so I figured things happen and maybe somebody forgot to do something in the computer so rather than purchasing another membership I bought punch passes instead, which I was told had no expiration. Well after another 18 month deployment I come back to find that while I was deployed they have merged with another company and wouldn't allow me to use my punch passes reason being that (they were purchased so long ago and they have changed their name). I don't know what the hell they expect when operating a business near a...

This is the BEST value I’ve ever received at a fitness facility. Honestly, when I look at everything I get with the cost of the membership I’m stunned. It should be at least 3x the cost of what it is! A hidden gem in Fayetteville. Here’s what you get: world class yoga instructors, skilled fitness instructors for all levels, fun and safe rock climbing (even for beginners), smiles and good energy from the staff, all types of workshops. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY…I’ve made real connections with real human beings who have good hearts, and are helpful and kind. I’ve made friends here - which is SO important for a military town when you don’t know anyone. I’m so grateful this place exists!!

The entire place is very child friendly. I took my 5 year old and he had a blast with a caviat. Pro: - multiple levels of experience - clean - safe - easy parking - affordable Con: - short staffed This was our 5 year old's first time. I would say the easiest course/route require you (the parent) to quickly be trained ($5) on how to be a safety for your kid. The bouldering (no harness and no safety) routes are not easy for kids and is in the same area where more experienced climbers are. This was also my 1st time being trained and being a safety, I picked it up fast! Staff will also stay there until you feel comfortable.
