Seafood Express — Restaurant in Fayetteville

ZERO STARS.. I wish I could give this place zero stars as the people we’re not interested in fixing food that they burnt. When you go somewhere and you pay for fish you expect your fish to be cooked But not fried all the way through you can’t even see the white of the fish it’s so crispy you can’t even chew it. My husband ordered Whiting plates with jumbo shrimp and okra, when my husband bought the food home and I open the box and found that my fish was burnt and I could not eat it I immediately called. The young man tells me no your fish was not burnt I saw it when it was cooked I said I can send you pictures or I can bring you the food back because it hasn’t been eating and he told me well it’s your fault you should’ve looked at the food before you left And my manager said that we can’t do anything once you leave that’s it. And the crazy thing is nobody really opens there to go food before they get home to eat it while they’re driving To bring it home to have dinner with their spouse. This is one of the worst seafood places I have ever been to and I’m gonna blast it on every social media platform… I’m gonna put it all across Fort Bragg and I am going to stop people from going to this place simply because they don’t have the common courtesy to fix something that they completely screwed up if you don’t know how to cook fish and you’re cooking it till it’s completely burnt then you need to find a new cook or you need to replace the food that you basically stole $15 of someone’s hard earned money that’s robbery. DON’T WASTE YOUR...

Saturday June 24, 2025....Here is the reason I am Boycotting this restaurant. I have never eaten here before and saw the pictures. The reviews were mixed however. Their website said it's opened, so I drove here. There is a sign on the door saying they will be closed today. Question: WHO THE FREAK IS THAT SIGN FOR ANYWAY??!! It can't possibly be for those that look up a different place to eat online. That sign is ONLY for those that drove here. THAT'S when they get to see the sign. That sign is NOT for those still at home seeing that their hours says they are opened. Sooo, people at home will think they are opened. No wonder they did not answer the phone call. Thought maybe they were busy. A busy place means their food is good and lots of people want to eat here. Nope, the phone wasn't answered because they are not opened. If there was an emergency or something came up like the owner or manager was sick, fine, ok, but...here is the problem: You have full control over your time. You could have posted online on your hours that today you were not going to be opened. THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME...

I just moved to Fayetteville two weeks ago y'all and I am never a hater Ive live all the way from New York to Florida and I love seafood love love it but when I tell y'all I spent $21.53 on a combination plate of oysters and fried croaker this is what they gave me the croaker didn't even have bones in it and they only literally gave me five pieces of oysters I will never come here again and I ended up having to get my money back and I went right next door to the Caribbean restaurant and was served well and the food was delicious. to my understanding the seafood Express is under a different management but what they have now as far as management you would not get your money's worth I'm sorry I really wanted to throw a brick through the window because I was hungry I haven't eaten anything all day this is at 1:01 and this is what they gave me for $20...
