Normally service is great so long as Lisa is placing the order. The food is always great and not drippy with grease like some other places i have ordered from. However, when Miss JJ is taking the order, she doesnt seem to be more welcoming or more of a people person. More wo the kind that makes you not want to come back and do business with. I placed an order of 2 small sides and she told me okay 10mins i say okay see you soon i get there 24mins later pay for my order, to then have her say, a few more minutes. I say how is that possible, i placed the order of just 2 sides with you almost 30mins ago? She said, i forgot. I had her give me my money back and went to another chinese restaurant, right down the road to ensure i arrived to work on time. Not the way to do business. Order if anyone but JJ is there if you want consistant thorough dealings and no problems...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Ive been a customer there for years. Today I got a ride (Im a disabled veteran) to go get my favorite, Szechuan Shrimp. It is usually tasty. When I got home and opened it to eat, it wasn't cooked right at all. It had brown sauce, no spice. I was very disappointed. I called them and a very rude person told me "bring it back now or I can't help you" even tho their admittedly made the meal wrong. I tried to explain that I'm disabled and can't get back so easily and they didn't want to hear that. So I'm stuck out the money and with lousy food. I live on a budget and this is very disappointing. Read moreThe food itself was really good. The customer service I received, however, was horrendous. I called to place an order for delivery, was told to hold on while she finished another order. But then someone else got on the phone to take my order, but didn't take my address. So, I called back to get it for delivery and got a bunch of "Oh, my God" and "Well, we don't deliver that far, but I already took your order so I guess we have to deliver it to you." Although if you would have communicated with me or the person taking my order in the first place, you wouldn't have to be so exasperated and rude.
