Brought a desktop in with a 2tb HDD with the OS fragged and refusing to boot fully from out of town to this shop on 26 11 22. shop hours were cut due to the holidays and despite the lack of time the staff on duty that day were more than willing to help with the installation of an m.2 SSD. Under the employee's advice I left the desktop with them, obtained a samsung 980 pro ssd and brought the part back for installation. During the wait I opted to perform an oil change on a family vehicle, during which I was contacted by the staff. I was informed that though entirely compatible, they did not have any spare motherboard standoff and screw sets for the hardware, and it was correctly explained to me that a lack of proper mounting pressure from the standoff could cause electrical interference and signal issues from the contact pins on the motherboard to the drive, and eventual failure of the drive if left unfixed. This brings me to the reason I chose to even write this review; I explained to the employee on the phone that I understood the issue and that I could not immediately retrieve the proper mounting hardware, and to try to rig the drive up just to boot and for them to install windows 10 for me until I was able to bring the desktop back to my home and install the hardware included with the motherboard. The employees did a phenomenal, dare I say a well and truly proper jury rig (or macgyver if you will) in order to tie the system over until I got home. The staff found a small flathead screw with the perfect thread count and pitch, placed the drive on top of it, and taped it down with clear electrical tape in order to achieve the mounting pressure. I received another call not 40 minutes later letting me know my system was ready for pick up. Upon arriving at home yesterday, 27 11 22, the screw and tape were replaced by mounting hardware.

   Read moreI went there to get my phone screen repaired in may after it was cracked from a rock and it was repaired but with many issue to follow. My camera was not working nor was my Face ID. The screen was not connected properly to the phone basically as it was not turning on when I tried to turn it on but I knew it was on because it was buzz. I took it back to get it fixed and the Face ID was fixed but still have crappy camera quality and the glitching happened less frequently. Then look it back a few months later because I cracked it again and it was glitching out and they fixed it but it again had the same issue of wouldnât display anything on the screen but the phone was on. So I gave up and went to a different place and got it repaired properly. He told the screen was extremely bad quality and was not installed correctly.
(Edit added to owners response) hey so I knew what I payed for it the cheapest screen. I was given 2 options from the guy. 1 an apple orginal screen or 2 an after market screen. I asked what the difference was and he said really no difference just the quality of the screen when you look at it . So I opted for the 200 dollar less after market screen. My issue is not with the quality of the screen but how it was not installed properly after I went back to the shop and made them aware of it MULTIPLE times.
