I wont ever come to this Windsor again. I paid with my gift card and it had $40 on it, after the lady rung up my skirt she threw my card away WITHOUT asking me if i wanted to keep it. After years of using gift cards in real life everybody has asked me if i wanted to keep my gift card. But this lady (i wont say her name but i hope she got fired) threw my card away and it had $13 left on it. I called the place 2 days later and in total it took 2-3 days to complete the refund request. And on TOP of all of that i didnt get no extra store credit. Awful. I've been to better Windsor...

It’s very unfortunate that this location lacks diversity and has VERY NOTICEABLE BIASES. Especially in a pro-dominantly Black area.
