Bubble Tea Express — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I normally buy bubble tea all the time and it has always come out amazing. I ask for the same order a snow bubble latte add white chocolate and strawberry in it and it normally tastes amazing every time. This time 11/15/24 at 1:45pm the girl working has a nasty attitude problem her legs are propped up and shes on her phone for one she made it seem like I was bothering her by walking up to the kiosk that it was a hassle to add the things I asked for and for 2 the drinks were both disgusting. I paid $16 for 2 drinks even asked her if she added strawberry in it because the drinks didn't look right. There was no manager I could speak with but yeah while she's working there that is my last time going. It tastes like strong coffee I couldn't taste no white chocolate or strawberry. Bubble tea is good which it isn't hard to mess up. The customer service is awful at this location. They are ALWAYS running out of things like ICE which immediately takes away half the menu and should not be something to run out of being that they only serve drinks. They close early and randomly in the middle of the day like yesterday which should have been prime business hours, yet 3 ladies were there, and they were closed. I went there and they were standing there so I asked if they were closed because the lady wasn't acknowledging me, and she didn't even look up just shook her head yeah. Lady taking my order was so rude and the drinks were absolutely disgusting i wasn’t like this a few months ago so idk whats going on.
