Elite Pawn truly is ELITE in the world of Pawn Shops.

At other Pawn Shops whether it be Cash America, Pawn 1, or other independent Pawn Shops, I’ve had both great experiences as well as terrible experiences. Elite Pawn is the only pawn shop where I can say that EVERY SINGLE experience I’ve had here has been GENUINELY SUPERB (which is saying something considering I’ve been buying stuff from Mo and the crew at Elite Pawn pretty much since they opened).

Whether it’s video games, music equipment, watches, sunglasses, or one of the many guitars I’ve bought from Mo, every experience has been one of TOP-NOTCH customer service.

Their prices are extremely fair, and oftentimes I’ve come across even lower prices than those aforementioned prices, on their items listed on their OfferUp page.

Out of the DOZENS of purchases I’ve made from Elite Pawn over the years, only ONE required a return (and that was for an issue on an instrument that couldn’t have been readily diagnosed without specialty tools that I had at home that I used to discover the issue). I simply brought the instrument back to the store, explained to Mo what the issue was, and he gladly gave me a refund on my purchase.

Simply put, ELITE PAWN is ELITE because Mo and the rest of the employees there understand what EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.

They understand that even simply remembering a customer by name is a key part of building a relationship of trust between the customer and the business.

They understand that customer service is the cornerstone of a truly successful business. Sadly, it seems like very few businesses understand this anymore, which is why ELITE PAWN is truly a GEM when it comes to Pawn Shops.

It is because of this customer service that I have continued to purchase from ELITE PAWN, will continue to purchase from ELITE PAWN, and will continue to tell my friends to purchase from ELITE PAWN when they’re looking for a pawn shop to purchase from.

I have been coming to this location for 3 years now and they have always been more then helpful to me especially during some Of the tougher times in life I have endured! I just want to say that I really appreciate them and the services they provide, they are always more then happy to work with me even when I may be late getting something out of pawn, they will extend your time for a date that’s convenient for you, as long as it’s within reason! I also want to personally thank both the managers for always trying your best to please all your customers, while at the same time ensuring your keeping the bossman happy with you, I know it’s not always easy especially dealing with all different types of people and trying to make them all happy! But you guys do a dam good job and I am officially making a recommendation to the bossman that the both of you each get 1 day off with full pay during the month of October! If I have to come in there and work for a day then I will Do just that! Lol. This is the best pawnshop in King County, maybe in all of Washington; they're as good as it gets. I prefer Elite Pawn in Federal Way for many reasons. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, but the hours are great, there's 15% less fees than most places (no missing ticket fees, etc.), they have decent prices, and they'll give you a fair price for items you trade in. There really isn't any reason to go to any other store because they even price match if you can prove another store's price is lower. Every time I go there I leave feeling great; in all of my years going there I have never left the place feeling scammed or mistreated. I even purchased the dell laptop that I'm using to write this with at Elite Pawn, which was a great price and works just like new. Everyone that works there is great. Once you go in, you'll never want to go anywhere else ever again. One time when I got a loan for my laptop, Mo actually gave me money to purchase a new charger after mine was accidentally damaged at the part where the cord comes out of the ac/dc power adapter. Any other place would have given me a hard time or wouldn't have taken responsibility at all, but Mo at Elite Pawn didn't give me a hard time at all and after being unable to find a charger to replace mine he didn't hesitate to give me the cash I needed to replace it.
