I have been working with Natasha from Quality Furniture for the last 5+ years. Every time I want to purchase a piece of furniture or décor, I always look to see what they have to offer. Why? Being a self employed owner myself of many years, I would rate them 100% in customer service and follow through. Every time I have placed a order with her, she always come through for me. Two years ago, I was remolding a room for my mother who was coming into town and I was afraid that I would not get the pieces in time. Natasha guaranteed and told me not to worry. Again, she came through. We moved earlier this year and I wanted to get a special room done for my mom visiting and was stressing out cause I thought it was going to be delivered and setup as I just did not have the time nor know how to setup the many pieces of furniture. She again came to my rescue and assisted in getting everything ready before my mother came for the holidays. I had guests coming to town and had to buy a bunk bed for our guest bedroom. I found Quality Furniture to have excellent customer service. I had been searching for the ideal bunk bed at different stores all day and got to the store right before closing. Luckily, they had the item I wanted in stock. Due to the fact that I was traveling out of town the next day, I needed it to be delivered that evening. Without hesitation they accommodated my request and one of the staff even drove me to their warehouse a couple miles away in his own truck to get it to my house that night. To top it off, my car wouldn't start and luckily he new the auto mechanic in the shop right next door was still there, even though they were closed, he walked me over and asked the auto guy to help me out.
