Bellas Artes Bakery — Restaurant in Federal Way

I ordered a lemon cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing with flowers on top. I got a cake with whipped cream icing, yellow cake, not lemon cake that they stuck wrapped candies on top and no flowers. It also had some sort of chocolate dripping thing down the side that I didn't even ask for. The only thing correct was what I the wording I told them to put on top and the raspberry filling. I specifically went to this place because they told me they could do lemon cake with raspberry filling and they did not. If I had picked up the cake instead of my roommate and looked at it I would not have paid for it and refused it. Make sure to check what you buy before you leave with it. Was not happy with what they brought home because it was not what I asked for. The cake itself tasted okay so that's why it's three stars...

I ordered a cake for my baby's 1st birthday and the person that make the design wrote "Olovia" instead of Olivia. I told the bakery lady about the mistake and she said that they can't do anything because the person that did it left the place. She told me: "You don't have to take the cake if you don't want to" and I told her that I paid for it the day before, and she answer back "I can give your money back". I was really disappointed and upset because the party was about to start and my baby would not have any cake with her friends. Cake is Amazing person that usually takes my orders is a great guy. Never has disappointing with anything I have ever ordered from him, I have ordered several cakes for special occasions from him. but the cake decorator is rude, I tried to order my son a cake for his birthday at the end of July and she said she wouldn't take it because its not worth having to take time away from her to leave a wedding cake for a "simple one". She gave a me a price thinking I would reject it and then said it was not worth it. I have family members order from her and when they pick it up its completely different as to what they ordered because she had other things to do. And then expect the full price.
