Absolutely AMAZING business! I called them on Monday morning just inquiring about alarm systems for my CRV which had recently been stolen and returned to me by WSP, and I was impressed with how informative and eager the person was to assist me. They were actually on a pretty tight time frame that day, but the gentleman (whom I believe to be the owner) told me that if it were possible for me to come right down to the shop, he would squeeze me in, so I did just that. When I got there, the gentleman was just as informative about every aspect of the installation. He quoted me a price over the phone (which beat 3 other businesses in the near by area), but let me know that there could be a minor increase if there had been another alarm system installed before. He also reassured me that they would call me to let me know before the proceeded with the installation. I was fortunate that there wasn't another system in my SUV, and he completed the job in exactly the timeframe he mentioned to me! From start to finish, I was treated professionally, and respectfully. I have more work I'm planning on doing on both my CRV and my gf's Mustang! Fair pricing + Great Service = my money being spent with them whenever I need an alarm, stereo system, and pretty much anything else his business does! I totally recommend at least checking Pro Auto Sound out before deciding to go...

Worst place ever. They installed alarm system to my cargo van.

1. after they started work they called me and said: we had to do some extra work, but we forgot to call you and tell you that. It's going to be extra 65$. I was like no, I did not give you permission for that and won't pay you more then 30$.
2. then they called to pick up van. I came and waited for 30 min til they would get it ready.
3. after it was ready, they gave me keys with a knob and like: here you go it's done. I was like: can you explain what are the buttons do... of course knob wasn't even working.
4. had to watch sales guy and installer argue on who messed up
5. had to wait another 30 min until they program it.
6. after took it home realised one of the door was not automaticly locking with the rest of them. Called and was told I was explained and walk through after all. After I reminded whole story. All I heard is excuses and blames. Over all - stay...

Going by I saw a sign stating HID on Sale! Stopping in was the best thing I've done for awhile! Phil took time & explained HID to me, quoted me a price I agreed to & asked when I wanted it done. Let him know I had the truck with me & one hour later I had HID lights! Lights work fantastic! So happy with the service I received, I have recommended them to other friends (something I am loathe to do!) . I will be going back for another set of lights & some stereo work! Prices were good, and this is the first time in the last 6 times I have used these kinds of services (Firestone, Midas, Walt's, & Car Toys) that the quoted price was what I paid! If you're looking for a glitzy showroom, go pay more somewhere else for that! PS Coffee WOULD...
