Can Am Pizza — Restaurant in Federal Way

We have been coming here for a long time and for the most part we have had good pizza. This last time we ordered our regular pizzas and 45 minutes later they were delivered. All well and good, but when we started eating our food there was something off and we couldnt put a finger on it.

As we ate my wife took a bite and spit it out. It was mold. Two different pizzas with completely different toppings. We came here for years and this was the first time there was a problem so we called to see if they will fix it.

They told us that we were lying because we were the only people that called in this time. If we were telling the truth there would be more people calling in.

This time? This has happened before and we're the liars?

Over the phone they told us we were just trying to get the pizza for free so we packed up the rest of the pizza missing the slices that were regretfully consumed and brought it back. They told us that we can't return the pizza just because we didn't like it.

In the end. They would not refund us. Its sad....

I would never, ever eat here. Talk about discrimination from the time I stepped out of my truck. The owner came out and said I need to move my truck, before I even started walking, or my wife got out of the truck. I parked in an unmarked parking spot and she pointed to the window stating this is for her customers only. I walked inside with my wife and asked her how she knew we weren’t getting a pizza. She said she knows because cars pull forward and trucks back in. I asked her what a truck or a car has anything to do with someone buying pizza. She said the same thing again. I reiterated to her that her paper signs mean nothing to the landlord as far as parking spots for customers is concerned. All she saw was a Ford F-150 and a Caucasian guy get out and told us we need to move.

Not sure how the place hasn’t gone under with customer...

I recently visited Can Am Pizza in Federal Way and had a mixed experience. The food was definitely a highlight - I enjoyed my meal and thought it was tasty and satisfying. The cashier was also very patient and respectful, which is always appreciated. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant was a letdown. It didn't quite live up to my expectations, and I didn't feel particularly comfortable or impressed with the ambiance. Overall, I would give Can Am Pizza 4 out of 5 stars. While the food and service were good, the atmosphere needs improvement. Maybe they could work on updating the decor or creating a more welcoming vibe? Despite this, I would still recommend Can Am Pizza for takeaway or delivery, but perhaps not for a dine-in experience. They are also kind of expensive, about $50 bucks for one veggie and one cheese pizza...
