I had the worst experience with these people. At first, everything was okay. My husband and I went and picked out what we wanted and had it delivered a couple of weeks after. At the time of delivery, the aarons workers refused to put it in my second living room and left it at the front door. My husband was able to move it where it needed to be. I called and spoke with the manager (Sha.. whatever her name is, it starts with an S) about how dissatisfied I was about my delivery. She completely dismissed my claims and sided with her drivers. I should have known then I would have issues. About 3 months go by and my husband and I decided that paying $350 a month for a living room set for the next year just wasn’t what we wanted to do. We decided to fully purchase a sectional from my job cash. I then called and requested pick up for the aarons furniture. The first time they came out, they didn’t call, but left something on my door so I had to call and reschedule. The second and third times, they claimed they came out but nothing was left on the door and still no calls. The 4th time, I told them I refused to schedule or take off from work anymore, and that when they get time to just call when they are coming. They eventually called saying they were on their way (weeks later might I add). I stayed at home the whole day and gave them a call to which I was told “You didn’t answer, oh wait never mind the truck broke down”. I knew then that they had been blaming me for their incompetence all along. A couple of weeks after that she sent someone to my house for a payment. How ironic! You can come to my house for a payment but not a pick up?! She had an attitude over the phone when I asked if the guy that was at my door could pick it up, and again argued that it was my fault it wasn’t picked up yet. Considering the fact that we work in the same field, I will take this as a learning experience to never make my customers feel the way Ms. Sha.. whatever her name is, made me feel. We ordered a trundle bed 10/02/2023.
We were supposed to have it delivered in 10-12 days. No response or phone call regarding our delivery, we've been back and forth almost daily trying to get the second piece to our bed. We got the drawer and back panel 13 days after we ordered it. They continued to charge us weekly for this bed, but were unable to produce the bed. Told us daily we'd receive a call back and we'd never get the call back and each time we went inside, we'd have to deal with someone else. It is now 11/03/2023 and still no first box to our bed.
Every employee has said its delivery and trucks fault, and has told us of the inability to do anything regarding our order except order an entire new bed!
We haven't had a problem with staff until today, the lady who is sales manager (Not Stephanie) MOCKED us.
We finally called corporate on them and turned them in. Hopefully they get some staff who actually cares about their customers. If customers didn't purchase items, yall...

She is very rude and her solutions to problems that arise at the store are handled in a very unprofessional way, she is disrespectful an argumentative and accusing people of not honoring agreements with no proof to the matter, instead of trying to rectify the situation. She increasingly made it worse with her disrespectful remarks regarding me as not being reliable a customer I feel her solutions and her communication skills will get her hurt if she talks to someone in the manner that she spoke to me today on the phone maybe she needs to be trained how to communicate and find a solution rather than accusing people of just failing to pay their bill. She is definitely a poor representation of Aaron’s. I would definitely never purchase anything from the West Florissant Aaron’s ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to because the store manager is judgemental and disrespectful and displays it in her dealings with customers instead of displaying professionalism, common courtesy, and respect to a person It’s really sad to be treated...
