I love shopping at K & G Fashion Superstore. I have been patronizing this store for years because I can always find nice things for my wardrobe. However, the key thing that frustrates đ me is; when I purchase a dress, blouse, or a pantsuit, I like for my items to be left on a hanger and placed in plastic instead of being folded in a bag. Furthermore, the cashiers always tell me that they're short on hangers. You've been open for years, you've relocated to a new building, yet you still don't have hangers? When a customer makes a purchase of $40 plus why can't they have the hangers if they want their items hung up? đ Hangers should not be an issue. You can't blame your hanger shortage on the pandemic because I've heard this same line for 10 plus years. Your new employees are saying the same thing. When it comes to satisfying your customers and them spending money, allowing customers this courtesy should not be an issue. K & G please take care of your ongoing hanger shortage. Please! I just want to leave your store happy and not be frustrated about my nice clothes being stuffed in a bag. I like them hung up on a hanger. Please and thank you! Doesn't my beautiful white outfit look so much better on a hanger? I took it home and...
Read moreI recently had a bridal dress altered taken in on the side and hemmed a little at the bottom. My bridal dress was $99. My alterations came to $130. It wasnât worth it at all! My dress wasnât giving altered to fit my shape at all! Thereâs no way it shouldâve been that much! Over priced and alterations were just basic af. Took her a total of no more than 30 seconds to consult what needed to be altered. I will say nice lady seemed polite but this is highway robbery and my dress was more wrinkled when I picked it up than when I brought it in. $130 to cut a dress and not even iron it! PLEASE Save yourself time and go elsewhere to the point where you feel like itâs a personable experience and you feel like the quality of work meets the...
Read moreVery dissatisfied with customer service. I was unable to use a common gift card from Bank of America that is used anywhere. The debit machine appears outdated. The store manager said I needed a PIN number just use the gift card. I explained that you need a pin if youâre withdrawing cash only. Something that should be known as a retailer. It was obvious that the machine was outdated or not properly working yet they said I couldnât use it. The lazy manager didnât attempt to try to resolve the issue but sent the message. I left the store went to A Dollar Store and the card processed with no problem. How can a store make money with these simple issues. Will not...
