WOW! Let me tell you, if I could have given this less than one star then I would. They are all liars the manager Deron is the worst lie, he told me I needed to bring back all of my promotional items to get a refund and in reality the tablet was all I needed to bring back. I even asked before he returned the items, how much would it be to buy the items back, so he knew I was interested in them. After he actually REFUNDED all my promotional items, then he told me I could have kept all my promotional items, EXCEPT THE TABLET and still got a refund. Then I asked him to reverse the transaction, first he said he couldn't do it. Then later he said he could do it, but he just simply didn't want to. The girl in the store told me when I purchased the items it will be an extra $50 on my bill monthly. Immediately after I returned my items he said I could have paid $5- 9 dollars on the 3rd line of service and if it came straight out of my account it would be free. The rep that sold me the items was charging me $50 extra each month. I asked could he reverse this transaction, because if the representative would not have misinformed me I wouldn't have returned my items at all. I even told him I'd keep the service on the tablet if it was free and he said no, I refuse to give you your items back and reverse the transaction. He called his boss Mike and didn't tell him the full nor true story and he said his boss told him he Deron has the authority to reverse the refund if he chose to, but Deron still refused. He deceived me as well as the reps deceived me. I asked to speak with Mike, but Deron said no. I will be calling corporate, the news channels, contacting the BBB and filing a report, and also changing my cellular phone provider at this point even though it will cost me more to switch. I still will find new services. I pay $220 a month for 2 lines, I've been with Sprint for more than 5 years and do not like the manner in which I was treated today on 7/28/19 at the Clocktower Sprint store. I will still try to speak to Mike but Deron shouldn't have this position. He was completely unprofessional and lied the entire time. PS: The rep that sold me my items said she wouldn't get any commission for this sale and furthermore they would be disciplined for offering me such a large discount. This pulled at my heart strings which was another reason I brought the items back, but I wasnt expected to be treated poorly...
