I brought in a sofa cushion to be re-stuffed with a very firm foam. I explained the foam should be as hard as wood, in other words, the firmest available. A woman showed me the various types of foam, one being as hard as I could imagine, and that's exactly what I wanted. When I went back a week or so later to pick it up, it was still stuffed with something very soft, oddly similar to what I I was trying to get rid of. They said they had made a mistake and would do it right this time. When I returned to pick it up (again) it was still very soft but they told me to take it home and try it, which I did. After using it for two weeks, it became even softer. I called to tell them the foam was still too soft, and was told (in a voice-mail that is recorded) that if I brought it back in, they would use the hard foam that I requested originally. They were too busy to get to it right away, but would get to it 'soon'. The woman (Delores) said ON THE RECORING : "We didn't use the foam you wanted because we would have had to order it, so we just used what we had in here". Two times they got it wrong. Should I let them try a third time? After driving the 10 miles twice, and paying them in advance over $100.00, I now have to go find another upholstery place which will do what I ask them to do and then pay them to do it. NOBODY SAID THEY WERE SORRY, not one of them, not once. IMO, someone should have driven to my house, picked up their mistake, made it a priority job, and hand-deliver it to me, with an apology and some token refund. If they didn't want the job, they should have refused it in the first place.

UPDATE: The company owner has contacted me in an effort to make this right, and made a reasonable offer to rectify the situation, which she stated she was not aware of until reading this review. Regardless, I am not returning my cushion to their store for...

After a few minor snafus, I got my chairs, bench, and counter stools seat pads. OMG, my chairs are stunning, gorgeous, perfect in every way. My bench had only the frame and they made the rest, and again the results are beautiful. The seat pads are great and are quite pretty. Their craftsmanship is incredible. My chairs look 1000% better than when brand new. I cannot say enough. Did I say my chairs are gorgeous, stunning. You can't go wrong...
