The fire bowl was nice but the service was terrible. The fire bowl arrived with a broken part and two missing parts. I called their service and they answered the phone immediately and created a ticket which was good. But they didn't respond to the ticket and I ultimately had to call them back. I told them at the time that I wanted to get an answer on when they were going to send the needed parts and that I wasn't willing to wait any longer for a response. I purchased an outdoor sectional couch from this company and within 3 months the color in my cushions completely faded. I contacted their customer service and said there was nothing they could do since they didn’t have anymore of that item in stock and would only give me close to 100 dollars to replace all my cushions. It was an 1100 dollar couch. A hundred dollars would maybe replace one cushion. It claims it comes with a one year warranty. This is terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company or...

Don't bother reaching out to this company if you need a part or service. Originally contacted them via their website 2 weeks ago. The person who responded turned my request over to another person. No response since then! Not even a "I'm looking into this for you" response. Just hope your heater doesn't ever need...
