This facility sucks and one guy in particular who is mouthy and rude, literally seems to lose my items on purpose. I'm an eBay seller and have to use this facilty to ship my items. I shipped two items, one through this facilty and one through UPS on the same road. My item shipped through UPS is already in NY where it's suppose to be, the one from USPS is literally in Starke like a bit over an hour away (Missent) Pirate ship shows me which is a 3rd party I use to print my own labels. Yes, I print my own labels and all this facilty has to do is SCAN the item which seldom gets done unless I stand in line. I brought this item to the door in back and asked the short mouthy guy to scan it and he did, but did not give me my receipt. I check tracking on all my items within a day or so of shipping. Now here I am writing this. I had to contact USPS customer service and tell them what happened and that it was misent to get a case opened for investigation. It's frustrating and time consuming. I tried calling the facility to speak with a manager today and no answer, they seldom answer the phone. This facilty is in desperate need for some intelligent management...
   Read moreReading these reviews you can defiantly tell who the employees of this post office are. I am in a coastal town in Texas. The population of Brazoria is under 3000. So I get the whole "you have to have patience" thing. However, your selling a service and it doesn't matter if that service is sold in Brazoria, TEXAS or Frenandina Beach, FL. If I pay $60 for overnight delivery that doesn't mean deliver it in two days. My husband is working there in Frenandina Beach building a plant. I need his blood pressure meds to get to him overnight. No problem, right... Right

I was on hold for one hour and twenty-three minuets and fourteen seconds and still never spoke to a person. It's not like I will never use them again or anything like that, hell they deliver my mail everyday.    Read moreIt's unfortunate any time I have to write a negative review. I've put off writing this for a while but now it's gotten out of hand. When our regular postman isn't there, which is frequent with health issues and a lot of vacation days, our mail is messed up. It's a community box, in Florida. If the mail is out in the incorrect box we'll never get it or we'll get it 6 months later. A significantly large check was supposed to come in the mail this week. It showed up on the scan to be delivered 2 days ago. It's still not there. It's a shame I'll have to contact the company and they'll have to pay a fee to do a stop pay and resend the check. Now it'll take weeks to get done what should have been completed in an expeditious manner. This is all very disappointing. Do not use USPS unless that is your only choice.
