I liked the quick purchase on my last trip; however, had a horrible experience today when their self service register charged me for an additional unknown item that I didn't buy at all. It didn't appear on the screen when I scanned my item; however, it showed up on the receipt, which luckily I caught before moving on. The worst part was that there was no one at the shop as it is a self service one. I had to go to close by stores to ask if someone knows any attendants for this shop but had no luck. Luckily, later, I found a gentleman who knew the owner (I assume) and called him over the phone who then sent a person from the nearby Starbucks to refund the money of the unpurchased item. The whole exercise wasted a good bit of time before catching the flight. I recommend checking your receipts twice before heading off the self service register here.
