I want to say thank you to Jack at O'Reilly's in Fife WA. I came into the store after calling and asking if they had a ratchet wrench and another employee had answered the phone and told me that they did have one and it was $12.00, so I only had taken $15.00 with me, when I got there the employee who answered the phone not only made a mistake on the price but what he was looking at was the wrong tool and they didn't sell just the ratchet wrench what they sold was a ratchet wrench and sockets set and I didn't know what to do. there I was with not enough money to get it and not enough time to go get the money it cost and make it back before they closed. When Jack seen what was going on, he very professionally stepped in and ask me if I could give him a minute so that he could check for what I was looking for. When Jack came back to the counter he scanned the tool and handed it to me. I was amazed when Jack handed me the ratchet wrench and socket set knowing that I didn't have the money he paid for it out of his own pocket, Jack really doesn't know how much he really helped me out that night he didn't know that my car was torin a part and it was late and the closest store around there was a good 10 - 15 miles away from me and if my car didn't get fixed that night I would have been stuck there and not have made it to work the next day. So I wanted to give this review to let everyone know how great Jack at O'Reilly's in Fife WA is he is a great co-worker and employee. because of Jack caring I will always go to O'Reilly's thanks...

UPDATE 4/2/2024 This employee is no longer at this location. This was taken care of quickly and I am always pleased with Bill and everyone else at this location! Thank you O'Reilly upper management for ensuring customer satisfaction!!! I definitely recommend this store now🤲🏻🙏🏻👏🏼

This man said his name was Trey, and we had a horrible experience with him today. He told my son and I that he was "not going to waste his time" looking for a spark plug that we didn't have, what he thought, was enough information. Store was closing in a few minutes, he pulled up a spark plug he had to order and his demeanor showed he didn't want to help us. Not sure if it racially driven as we are Tribal Members or why exactly he carried such an attitude when we asked for his help to find the product we needed. He claimed he was the manager and there was no one above him in management beside the owner. When I asked who the owner was he told me to "Google it." Then walked us to the door and said store was closed.

Walked in the store ask the guy at the counter for wheel weights. He gave me a dumbfounded look and asked me what kind of car is it for? At first, I thought he was joking. But the look on his face, said he wasn’t. I proceeded to ask this young lady with brunette and blonde hair. Kind of like a half-and-half thing going on with her hair. I asked her the same question and she turned and asked the guy that I just asked if he knew where the wheel weights were and he continued to give that same dumbfounded look. I literally had to pull out my phone and get the snooty little girl a part number. Has the girl was looking up the part number I asked the same guy if he knew what break pad were and she answered for him and said yes he did. She proceeded to look for the weights and asked the same guy were the tire repair section is?

Once they found the weights I just paid and didn’t use my business account I have with them. I will be closing my business account with O’Reilly’s and take my business somewhere else…
