I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. I ordered online for Saturday delivery because I knew Sunday for Mothers Day would be a crazy. I called my Mom Saturday at 5:45 to see if she liked her flowers. She said she didn't get flowers or she would of called me. When I called Great Scot the lady said she cancelled orders cause she was to overwhelmed but she didn't email me or call and they didn't refund my money either. So she said she would have them there today. It's 1pm and when I called she hadn't even made the flowers yet for my Mom.You would think that if you missed the delivery date you would of had them on the porch the next day at 8am. I am upset. This company garentees their work and delivery and if the flowers would of been there this morning I would of let it go and been satisfied but here a day late and 1pm and flowers aren't even...

I wish I could give them zero stars . I have ordered from them for years ! This past weekend I ordered flowers and a garden stone for my best friends dads funeral . I told them between 100-125 . I have ordered from them in the past and that usually would be a very nice arrangement for that price . I went to the funeral home to find a very small planter with a few flowers on it and no stone ! Let me say I was very upset as this was my best friends father . The next day I went to the store to ask about the order and after waiting around for a long time while she called the owner I was told to pick a stone out and take it with me ! Friendly pro!! Wonderful presentation. Delivery was smooth. I can’t speak enough how pleased I’m am by their service! I tried calling other local shops first. Just going down the google list. One place was very rude, went to the next one down and they didn’t answer (although it was within business hours). The next call was Petals. She answered immediately. She confirmed she was a local shop who does local deliveries and the fee isn’t expensive either. It’s reasonable. They allowed me to give my payment info on the delivery date.
