Terrible will never return. On 3/27/21 First tried to set my family at a dirty booth, that had not been previously cleaned/disinfected. Mind you this is not only disgusting but is during the covid pandemic, where masks, sanitation, and social distancing ARE mandatory. The hostess promptly went and spray cleaned the table top but not the seating benches. She was kind however not properly cleaned, most likely not her job. Next waitress took our order of 4 meals and 2 appetizers (which was to come out first). We waited over 40 minutes only to have all of our meal brought to our table at the same time by a different person. 1 meal of which wasn’t what was order and wasn’t able to medically be eaten. Was given a fried chicken sandwich instead of grilled chicken, also not topped as ordered. Clearly ordered grilled. Kindly asked for the correct sandwich ordered and informed waitress incorrect when she came around to check on us 20 minutes later. Did not touch anything on the incorrect meal plate. It was eventually brought to our table after another 45 minutes by a gentleman who said “remake of chicken sandwich” no side which was suppose to be included. There was no reason for this they messed up just bring out the meal ordered. This entire time only the beers were offered refills, finally a lemonade was brought to our table and placed between our 2 children (18 & 15) who were drinking lemonade and had been needing a refill for nearly an hour. By this time nearly 2 hrs has passed. The service was terrible! The icing on the cake came with our bill. Not only were we charged for a meal we didn’t order and could not eat we were charged full price for them correcting their mistake and bringing out the sandwich ordered. We were also billed for a meal with sides not sandwich! This is ridiculous we should have been charged for one or the other not both!! Regardless a decent tip was left, although it was NOT earned!! The food was delicious however will NEVER dine at the Findlay location again. After waiting over a year to go to a restaurant due to covid this was an awful experience. TERRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE,...
Read moreI want to love a sports pub like this, but the circumstances of my visit just gave a terrible first impression that will keep me from trying the location that's close to my home.
Met co-workers for drinks and Sunday night football around 830 in the evening. There were maybe 25-35 people there, but I'd say not even close to half full. There are a ton of TVs here and it's probably great on a Sunday afternoon but nobody changed the channels from the earlier Sunday ticket games, so 70-80% of the TVs we're just showing a direct TV logo instead of SNF. I had to explain to the manager that the game wasn't blacked out, but was broadcast on local NBC. Once again...manager. She was serving us because a waiter called off.
Service was very slow. I ordered 10 hot wings. The hot sauce was not hot but more of a vinegar based traditional buffalo medium. Good flavor, but not as hot as advertised. I also only got 8 wings, one of which was one of those throw away 90% bone no meat dealios. I flagged the waiter and let her know, she said she would put some more wings on for me. Another member of my party complained about his wings being cold.
10 minutes later she stops by to update me that my 2 additional wings were on their way. I said "2? This thing isn't even a wing.." she seemed annoyed and eventually offered me a dollar off the order since I'd only have 9/10 I'd ordered. Ok fine, at this point...whatever.
I have had my entire lunch at Buffalo wild wings comped before because they didn't give me all flats, as I'd ordered. Now I don't expect that level of service, but I figured "ok, they screwed up the order. She'll probably bring out 4 or 5 wings due to the delay and all, and I'm fine with that." Nope. 2 wings, and an attitude.
At no point was I rude to her. At no point was I angry. I just wanted all the wings I'd paid for. I don't expect them to sign the restaurant over to me, but I do expect a little extra. Maybe I'm in the minority.
Between the TV issue, slow service, poor service.. I mean they're hot wings, it's not a Michelin star plate..can't give this place more than 2 stars, and I won't...
Read moreRalphies should have stayed at the old location or stick to the same menu they had at the old location because I had the spicy chicken wings at the old location. It was good until they moved to the new location so apparently a lot of things changed since moving. I had the same spicy chicken wings and it tasted horrible! I thought maybe I picked the wrong one so I came back the next time and chose the medium flavor and it still tasted horrible!
The last time we went there, the service was TERRIBLE! Three of us ordered chicken wings but each of us had a different flavor. We all didn't know what other people ordered so we had no idea what food they were getting other than ours. When the waitress brought out our food, she gave my friend her chicken wings and she gave me my wings. My friend pointed out that her wings had the wrong flavor so the waitress took it back in the kitchen. I saw that my wings had a different color to it so I took a taste and it turned out to be the wrong order so I told the waitress and she took it back in the kitchen. We finally got our right order but after eating halfway, I asked my friend what she ordered and it turned out we had the right order, except that our wings were switched. All the waitress had to do was observe the error and make the correction by switching wings to the right persons but she didn't do that.
When we were ready to check out, you know what the waitress did? She charged me and my friend DOUBLE for the wings, even though it was her fault for not seeing the mistake and correcting it. Of course, we complained but at the end we got an obligatory 10% off on our bills. Well you know what happens afterwards when there are angry patrons who had to pay extra on their bills? Yeah... we did that.
Never going back there ever again! Avoid this at all costs! There are better places to go...
