Culver’s — Restaurant in Findlay

I love Culver's frozen custard, and have never had an issue with ordering custom pints...until I went to the Findlay location. I ordered a custom pint of chocolate frozen custard with brownies, hot fudge, and peanut butter cups from a young man who seemed very annoyed with my request. I waited for near to 20 minutes for my pint, which was brought to me by a young girl and not the young man who took my order and made the pint. I opened it in the store to make sure it was correct, and it was vanilla custard with hot fudge and Reese's Pieces, which is not at all what I ordered. I got the young girl's attention, politely informed her that my pint was made incorrectly, and asked that it be made again with the ingredients I ordered. She was very polite and took my pint back to the young man who made it. I then watched as he opened it, looked it, closed it again, and walked straight back to me and hand it to me, apologizing for the wait before starting to walk away. I stopped him and, again, politely informed him that the pint was incorrect. He looked confused, so I opened it and showed it to him, told him my order again, and he just stood there staring at me. I asked if this was my order and he said yes. I asked him to please remake it correctly, and he took it and stomped back to the kitchen. I then watched him make it incorrectly for a second time. This time he used chocolate custard, which was an improvement, but again used Reese's Pieces instead of peanut butter cups. He then sent a different young man to give it to me. At this point, I had been in the store for almost an hour and was incredibly frustrated, so I left without asking for another, correct, pint, but it will be a long time before I patronize that location again,...

Don't use the table app. Ordered, received order confirmation. Everyone around us left. Others placed their orders and received their food and we still had not received ours. I asked a team member to check if the order was received. He went to the kitchen to ask someone and I witnessed the kitchen member state to him, "It will be ready when it's ready." This was offensive to the front worker and myself. I had no way to know if the restaurant even received the order and the man did not want to take 5 seconds to check. I asked to talk to a manager and was told that both managers were on grill today so they were very stressed. I waited a while and when a manager came out, I stated the above. The manager stated all the youths called off today and he apologized and said he would check on the order. At that point, the order came out and we received our food. I do not recommend using the table app. Those signs need to be removed if they do not save the customer any time and staff are not willing to give customers the confidence that the order was...

I like Culver’s hamburgers very much. I have always had good food and good service. A bit pricey for a hamburger place but they do have quite a selection as well. If you ever run across one or if you stop in Findlay off I-75 (159 exit) drop by and pay them a visit. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault ;)

I am making an amendment to my review. Since I posted this review, I have had several other items from Culver's menu. Their shrimp is something to behold. They are quite large; the outside is crispy yet light and they are cooked perfectly. I also have tried their fish and it is probably some of the best fish I have ever had next to Perch and Walleye.
