Starbucks — Restaurant in Fitchburg

Went here a few days ago and had to gather all of my thoughts before writing this. You’ll see the 1/5 stars and I want to say that this star is for the manager at this establishment named “Fabio”. The other employees were good but stayed quiet for most of the time which I can understand, he seems like an awful person to work for. My actual drink was the standard for Starbucks but the way it is being run by this man cannot continue. I hope that any other Starbucks managers are seeing this and not just him because something needs to be done. A very demanding and rude man seen just berating his staff with outrageous demands and judging every move they make. Two times this location messed up my order of a Grande Honey Citrus Mint Tea. Those two times they forgot to add the lemonade. Today I asked the person working the drive thru register around 2:38 pm if he could remind the people making my drink to remember to put the lemonade in. He said he could do that, and I noticed I was charged more than my usual price for this drink. All the times I have been there recently I was charged 2.90 after tax for a Grande Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but today I was charged 3.64 after tax. This Starbucks has horrible customer service. If you are black, they definitely will treat you some type of way for their white customers. I thought Starbucks was going to make my day go just a little bit better. But definitely got thrown off at how the police were called on me when this white lady tried to hit my car to butt me in the drive through line.
