I shop in this store at least once a week. That will change. Finishing up my Christmas shopping-a week before Christmas about 11am. Store was busy considering but not unbearable. I felt like shopping and was looking for more to buy when I entered a main aisle as an employee was entering from the opposite side with her trolley full of items to stock. I wasn’t sure if she would go first or if she’d want me to get out of her way. I took a step back to get out of her way if she wanted to go by. But instead of going or letting me go she threw a little tantrum and started complaining about customers being in the way. I told her I was very sorry for inconveniencing her and I would get out of her way. I left her my full cart and walked out of the store. Rather rude of me I know, but I will not shop and spend my hard earned money where I’m not wanted. Sad thing is that that FULL cart would probably have covered her wages for the day. Very poor rude customer service. Fortunately Ross just opened a couple doors down so I can enjoy...
Read moreTony at the checkout was so kind and patient as was the manager on duty, kudos to both of you !!! I had a footwear issue and hoped i could do an exchange on a pair with hopes i could, these two worked in tandem and I was in and out with a replacement pair in a few minutes. This store checks all the boxes for great, happy, smiling well groomed staff and cleanliness for the store along with a well stocked and organized presentation. Who doesn't love Marshalls for its Farmers Market rotation and retail therapy style products along with fun interactive staff ?!?! Parking and ADA accessible/compliant entrance and shopping made easier for people with mobility challenges. The cashiers here move at lightning pace, the lines are long for a nanosecond then they are cleared, I've never waited long at all before someone comes to assist the present cashiers. Bravo to the excellent team and management at this...

I was in the nearby chain department store to look for athletic wear, and saw the exact same leggings at Marshall's for $14 less. And I get a LOT of my hair products there because they are so much cheaper than the salons. From a clothing standpoint they don't always have every style in my size, but it's worth a visit before going to the mall nextdoor to avoid overpaying for things.
They also have some great prices on dog toys, and if you need sheets or towels they can beat the department stores sale prices for better quality items. Take a look for just about anything that you get in a department store and if they have it you'll find a much...
