DO NOT buy anything from this store. First, we were given a delivery date. Delivery date rescheduled. This was no problem at all and I was very kind with the reschedule. Day of delivery arrives, they are late. Once again, was very kind to the employees. Then it comes time for a survey. We were honest about the experience in that the COMPANY rescheduled delivery and that they were late. An employee contacts the buyer and we were lied against. The company blamed us for a whole lot that NEVER occurred. The delivery drivers said our children were running everywhere. This was a downright lie. They stood behind a gated area while the delivery drivers lowered fridge from their truck. They took fridge through our backyard in which my kids were inside the house with me in the living room. I didn't want my kids getting hurt so guess what I kept them away from delivery of fridge. They obviously have dishonest employees who cover their tracks to avoid getting in trouble. My kids are extremely well behaved and listened when I told them to stay away. We are well known in my community because we are the family to the local quadruplets. I'll be sure to tell anyone I can about the local best buy experience. We are very sweet, kind people and don't deserve to be lied against simply for telling the truth that they rescheduled and delivered late. Apparently, they even said they thought about cancelling delivery due to kids. Maybe you should hire people that aren't afraid of kids like they are untamed lions. Everything they said was a blatant lie. I adore my children and kept them at bay to avoid injury to them at all. Doesn't that make more sense than me letting them run crazy? I often leave positive reviews, but I couldn't let this one go. I have proof of positive reviews if you need. I have plenty of character witnesses if you need to know how motherly I am with my children and protective in regards to safety. Please shop at Home Depot. The employees have always been amazing or order online and let Amazon...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVisiting from Phoenix- last night I disabled my iPhone so was locked out (changed my passcode recently and was half asleep last night while trying to unlock. No! My phone is not stolen).
Stopped in Best Buy to see if we could get help, so we wouldnāt have a full trip without a phone. Greeter, nice. First guy who we asked questions to was a black younger guy with kind of long curly hair (didnāt catch names for any employees unfortunately). He had the worst attitude and was not friendly whatsoever. Second guy who helped us had orange hair and gauges (white). Seemed nice, but was thrown off when explaining to him the situation, and heās making faces as if Iām lying. But, he helps and spends time with us on store computer, to see if we could unlock. THEN I overHear him and my boyfriend talking and hear my boyfriend say āno bro itās really hersā when referring to my phone. Store manager? Or someone who seemed to have higher authority also comes by and orange hair immediately leaves. New guy is larger Hispanic. This guy was not friendly, and was rude when telling us we needed to go to geek squad.
Weāre already having a horrible experience customer service wise. On our drive home my boyfriend tells me the orange haired guy straight up asked āso did you guys steal that?ā Because we were locked out of my phone.
Iām very upset that this was insinuated not once but multiple times. I only mention possible races so that who ever reads this from management may identify those employees easier and have a conversation with them about professionalism. I understand the circumstances but am very very upset and angry that I was treated like this, when I had given no reason for employees to even think we had stolen. We were also going to be purchasing other things from this location while we were there and decided to leave because of the lack of desire to help us, and the insinuating we were stealing or had stolen. Glad I do not live in flagstaff and will not have to visit this Best Buy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWeāve been through hell with Best Buy since September just for them to steal about $600 from us and we have no appliances from them. Went in store to try to get some help and the first two people at the counter seemed like they actually cared and as soon as a āmanagerā or whatever he was (he was wearing all black Iām assuming he thought he was important cause he sure acted like it) literally told us āthereās nothing I can do you can call 800 Best Buyā after telling him weāve been calling them for months and theyāre no help. So we ask to speak to his boss, whoād been peeking his little head around the corner listening the whole time, just for him to reply with āwell heās probably just gonna say the same thing but I guess so.ā I DO NOT CARE go get him. Didnāt even get the manager just another big ego man with an ear piece who gave us boss āTimāsā card. The entire time weāre trying to explain our situation theyāre trying to catch us tripping over our words or something and questioning us like they donāt think we deserve or even need the refund? Idk it was utterly disrespectful and we felt extremely belittled. I work for the government and have worked in customer service since I was 15. I know what that was. What the F Best Buy. We just want our money back and literally nobody will help us. We at least thought our ālocalā store would show us some decency. Nope. My mom sat there and cried at the counter and that man at the counter treated us awful. I am so disappointed at this point. Best Buy as a whole has been nothing but terrible to us. We ended up going through an appliance company called ABT and had an AMAZING experience. Cheaper than Best Buy, free delivery, and it came in 10 DAYS. AND we could immediately get ahold of a customer service rep who didnāt talk to us like sh*t. We will be contacting a few different agencies and an attorney because, come to find out, best buy is pretty...
