AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...at the very least proceed with extreme caution! The pricing at this establishment is akin to finding a diamond-studded unicorn—it simply doesn't make sense. As a proud Brit, I must admit, it was rather amusing to see some UK staples on the shelves. However, the chuckles quickly faded when I realized the prices were more inflated than a bouncy castle at a royal garden party. A quick glance at Amazon revealed the same items at prices that won't make your wallet stage a protest. Don't even get me started on the customer service; it was as vanilla as a British summer. To put it mildly, even items you'd find in your run-of-the-mill American store such household wines were priced as if they were hand-delivered by the Queen herself. When I reviewed my receipt post-visit, if I had a cup of tea in hand, I would have certainly spilled my tea in shock. Save your pockets, God save the King. I am sorry to be so harsh but a few snacks and a bottle of wine should not be close...

This has got to be the worst store I have ever visited. On display, they have couches, tables, and chairs. I tried to buy a couch - that model is not available anymore. I try to buy a different couch - they say there are none in stock and I should order it online. I order it online and they cancel my order with no explanation. I try to buy a table - there are none in stock. Can I order it online? No, it is not available anymore. Can I buy the floor model? No, it is not for sale. I have never heard of a store that will not sell you the items they are advertising that they sell. It must be some futuristic business model that I do not...

So I'm standing in the food isle talking to my guy on the phone. He's telling me ingredients he needs to make some bomb ass Asian noodles. Well, being that I'm on the phone, I only have one hand and it's becoming incresinky difficult to carry my items. I have things under my arm pit, I'm wrestling several bottles in one hand. Out of nowhere! A man comes up to me presenting a basket!!! It was amazing!!! And totally what I needed! His name is Mass and he definitely made my day and recovered in me a little more faith in the art of customer service :)...
