I’m pretty disappointed in the “service” I received from this store. My Grand Caravan’s battery stopped working this morning and when I got someone to jump my car, I went to this store to purchase a new battery. After purchasing my battery, no one offered to install it and when I inquired about it, I was told they may not be able to with 2 people in the store. After the man who was helping me checked with the other person, he told me “we can’t do it because in our computer system it says it will take 30-40 minutes because these batteries usually have a motherboard attached to them”. So I was left to take my battery home and leave my car run for the next 2 hours for my husband to be able to make it home to change it (it had to be left running because it is my only vehicle and in case of an emergency, I needed to be able to leave). When he started changing the battery it was 5:49, when he was done it was 5:52…it was just 2 nuts and 1 bolt to change the battery… I am disappointed and frustrated that nobody offered to change the battery, even though AutoZone typically offers this service…and further frustrated that nobody even checked to see if what was in the computer was even correct....

The others are just stock boys.. and nothing more. you can come to them part with part numbers an they still bring up the wrong parts, an then if you call in to see if they have the part bring an book got your 15 minutes of wait time. Brenda is the only one I'll deal with.. they have a lil tattooed putts in there with gaged ears and stupid tattoos how last year I ordered tie rods for my 88 K5 Blazer an it ordered me a drag link. He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a car , truck,plane or train, he's a absolutely a stupid Hobbit... Who for a long time didn't even own a car now he has a f-150 and still can't find parts so avoid him he's a tad slow... Called today looking for a float for a Holley 600 CFM carb ..middle number 1850... And all can bring up is everything I didn't request.. so my advice if it's not Brenda or James your dealing with head down the road to...
Read moreThe worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! I call the store and spoke to a very nice guy named Rich about replacing a battery. I asked Rich if he could help me replace the battery, he told me the computer says 30 minutes to replace it but he would take a look anyway to see if he could help.
So I go up there and the Manager told me he would sell me the battery but wouldn’t help or allow Rich to help. So I drove up there for nothing because I only have one good hand and needed someone to help me.
I went down the street to Advance Auto and the very nice Manager named Carl installed the battery in less then 3 minutes. Long story short I’ll never return to Autozone again. You get out of the business what you put into it and the lack of customer service at this store is one reason...
