BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Flat Rock

Absolutely the best coffee in Flat Rock, MI - if not the best coffee in all of South East Michigan. Diane runs this store with love into every single drop that you could possibly order, and her baristas prove that she is an awesome person to work for as even when is not there, the service stays as 11/10 top notch. I cannot thank her enough for all she does for the community of my hometown, and how much light she shines for this area. If you are going to get a cup of coffee, you know you are, we all do every single day, you need to get over to this Biggby Location on Telegraph in Flat Rock. I absolutely love the Black Bear, and if I'm looking for something less "fruity" I will do the Snickerdoodle. Typically I get hot coffee but the cold coffees on a hot day hit the spot too. This place is great. The staff is always amazing. They will go above and beyond to make sure that whatever you need is the way that you like it. The food is yummy. I have gone to several different Biggbys around the state and this is by far the best. I spend a lot of time here and I know that people come from all over just to hit this Biggby because the flavors are so much better here. But honestly it is the kind, hard working, and caring staff that makes this place truly amazing. The owner is on site most days and she will go out of her way to make sure you get the perfect drink. But even when she isn't there the baristas at this location will go out of their way to make sure that your drinks are perfect. They are all extremely polite clean and efficient. Bright & cheery setting with excellent friendly staff! Comfy lounge area as well as other appropriate seating choices. NOTE: This location is located in a strip mall, as many Bigbys are. However, for my first visit it was not easily found as there was construction in the area, & no posted Bigby signage. Yet the friendly ambiance, excellent service, & quality product made it worth the adventure to find. I also like that this particular location goes out of their way to give back to the community on multiple levels!!
