Rude employees! Always always always rude employees. Literally (not exaggerating) throwing orders into the bag at my coworker who picked the online order up. Today 7/9/2023 at 3:40pm. Don't like your job? Everyone can tell. Terrible customer service. Every single time. This location's employees should be happy to even have a job. A lot of people don't have that luxury. Having a job is what supports your livelihood. They should at least pretend to be happy to serve customers. Your customers are the number one reason you are still employed. Keep your bad attitudes to yourself. Everyone has bad days, I get it, but this is consistent every single visit we make. Nothing worse than a disgruntled employee making your meal. Makes me question the health safety of my meal prep. 🤔Seems as though im not the only customer with these issues according to tour reviews.Consistently being treated like a nuisance for visiting this establishment, when these employees are being paid to be there. Terrible customer service. Only chose to go here because my coworker wanted to give this location a second chance. Read moreI have been to this location 3 times in the last month and two of those times I have been treated so rudely I will never come back. The first time the girl slopped marinara sauce all over the side of my sons sandwich. It was facing me, so I knew she couldn’t see it, and I asked if she could wipe it off with a napkin (otherwise his hand would be in it as he tried to eat). Her response “it’s a meatball marinara - it’s going to be sloppy”. Today, we were greeted with an attitude from the start. My son ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. When asked about vegetables he said “no vegetables” and she immediately started wrapping the sandwich. He looked at me and said “but I still wanted the ranch (hence Chicken, bacon, RANCH, sub), when I repeated that to the girl she said, with all the attitude she could muster, “I’m just going to put it on the side because I already started wrapping it”. Apparently things like using a napkin or unwrapping a sandwich to fix their own mistakes...
Read moreI purchased 2 footlong subs online and picked them up. We drove almost 30 min away before checking the order and both were made incorrectly. They were not complicated orders. When we picked them up they weren't busy. 1st sub should not of had olives, mayo and mustard, missing extra peppercorn ranch, salt and pepper. 2nd sub missing salt, pepper and green pepper on entire sub. The sub was made very oddly, half still missing items listed but looked like normal portions the other half looked like it was mostly bread and minimal veggies with 1 slice of ham. When I called they told me to bring the subs back, when I told him we were 30 min away he said " sorry there's nothing we can do". I was floored, no apology no nothing..just bring them back.
I understand good help is hard to find but good customer service should not have to be...
