Came in a week ago, gotta tell ya, best smoke shop downriver PEROID! The lady working the counter is so nice. She knows EVERYTHING about what they have in store and more, extreamly knowledgeable and funny too😁. The owner jeff is awesome too. He asked my name and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome and knew where everything was located. I browsed for about 15 minutes because there was sooooo much stuff lol. Tie dye shirts (good quality), snacks (sooooo many snacks🤤), art pieces including wood burned American flags, ashtrays, epoxy resin skulls and coasters etc, humidor with large selection of cigars, nick nacks and random other things. Did I mention most of the things listed above are made locally?🙌

Came back in today and Jeff knew my name still🤣 I love rock on smokers, my new regular spot now!!!

I bought something from here and it didn't work, I came back the next day and they made it right, no questions asked. I was very impressed. The product I bought, none of the same employees were there when I returned it but he did it anyway, no problem, no argument, he apologized and replaced it. Awesome. Today I bought a breeze bar, got to my car and it did not work. The man working was the most rude person I have ever spoken too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Kept telling me it was “his loss”. As a business owner, THE CUSTOMERS LOSS IS OF MOST IMPORTANCE. Refused to refund me or give me one that worked. This place is complete trash.
