I really love this place, but half the items and brands on display aren't actually carried. If you find a product or brand they do have and you do like, it won't be available the next time, or the type available is nothing like you purchased before. It can be frustrating when you buy a device to vape, then suddenly you can't get the cartridges that only work with that device. I don't understand why they display items they, according to the associate I asked, may have carried in the store at some point, but no longer do. Why not take down the display? Just frustrating. The associates are wonderful and helpful, purchasing system is great, fast and easy to use. Just wish they would get there displays to actually show product they actually carry.

04/15/24 So I decided to try again. Last time EVER! Took the advice and saw the items I wanted on line as available in store before I left home. I have a 45 minute drive one way to this dispensary to be clear. Got to the store, Not one item on website I looked at to verify it was in stock was listed. The entire brand was gone completely from the store kiosk. I asked the attendant because I VERIFIED they had what I wanted in stock before I left. I was told "Oh, well the website takes you directly to the medicinal side, the items you wanted are probably only available as medicinal and this is only recreational here." WTAF? Are they just making it up as they go along? No more trips here for me. Shady as hell I paid upwards of $30 for a brand specific vape pen, but you don't carry the cartridges for it. I have found other locations via the vape pen's site that carry their cartridges, not EVER coming back here. I went to check website again when I arrived home, after I complained at the store about the website showing items available, and suddenly no menu available on the website at all, no medicinal and no...

For Grayson: He greets me with a huge smile EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Having medical issues(one is CRS lol) I wondered if he was the guy who opened/closed pool where I used to work, maybe this was a winter job for him....maybe thats why he always so happy to see me, I just doent remember him??? Nope. Grayson is just one hell of a sweetheart of guy. You gotta LOVE happy people! For Nicky: This is all still fairly new to me, buying & smoking pot legally, who ever saw that coming at my age(59)? And for God's sake everybody is offended by everything, & I do not possess a very good filter. This is probably just my interpretation of the first time I saw Nicky behind the counter: Oh God, who is judgling who harder right now? Me or her? Our interactions would be polite, civil , useful, nothing wrong at all, but nothing nore either. Then one day I explaned my fustration with the concentrates, disposable versions etc. For my personal medical situation these are the most ideal. BUT, I also dont keep my house very warm & I prefer to be outside most of the time when able. Concentrate doesnt like to be cold. The disposables never stayed charged, the other cartridges kept freezing up & just plain wouldnt work. It was like no matter what I did, everything would just stop working for me, period. & I currently NEEDED the relief it offered, especially for naseusa. Nicky to the Rescue! She explained & hooked me up with a whole different type system for the concentrate that is exactly what I needed!!!!! No more stashing the pen in my bra trying to warm the damn thing up!!!! Works great no matter the temperture etc. Total gamechanger for me!!! I cant tell you how many $100's I have wasted on things I cant use. Not anymore. THANK YOU...

Tonight my coworker, and I went to your place and again it was a wonderful experience. Every time I come here everyone is so sweet and so kind. I love getting your staff advice on what I should pick.. Brittany was amazing and educational. Your staff is so informative with products. She was so sweet also to help out my coworker Kelli it was her first time coming into the store and she had an amazing experience. She even forgot her ID and her card and you guys were just so amazing to help her out And finding it. DON While I was, there was another level of amazing 🥲 EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A DON AT THEIR JOB! THE WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT THAT CAME OUT OF HIM. ALL OUT OF NOWHERE WAS WHAT I REALLY NEEDED TO HEAR TODAY IT WAS A TOUGH DAY FOR ME. His positive thoughts and vibes were amazing and we even hogged, and I truly needed that! Telling me that I have an amazing smile and that I just need to keep smiling.
