I couldn’t recommend Aqua Living in Fletcher and especially my salesman Nate any more highly. He took the time to explain everything in detail to my wife and I and answered all my questions. Nate let us come to our decision in our own time. He wasn’t pushy or acting like we were bothering him like at some other hot tub places we visited. We ended up purchasing the Catalina Berkshire and are glad we did. It’s a beautiful and functional tub that makes us feel a little spoiled. And why not? We have worked and saved and done without for decades. A little spoiling has been earned by this point. After the sale it took 6 months to get a deck built and an electrician to hook it up but Nate was only a text away the whole time. Most salespeople I’ve encountered are difficult or impossible to contact after making the sale but once our hot tub was finally ready, Nate patiently talked us through the setup and operation, making the whole process easy. This level of service is above and beyond the ordinary. We even had a chance to use the warranty as one exterior panel was evidently cracked during transport. Our Kennedy spa was delivered about 2 months ago. Everything about this spa is excellent. It is well made, thoughtfully designed with lots or great amenities and features, top quality and is easy to operate and maintain. The blue tooth sound system is a nice touch. Purchase was easy and painless. Customer service is great. Our sales rep (Nate) was with me every step of the way, before, during and after purchase. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and patiently addressed all questions and concerns. I also contacted 24/7 technical support with a few minor questions, which were answered quickly and competently. Delivery was spot on, prompt and quick. The delivery agent notified me several times on the day of delivery to keep me informed of his ETA. The actual delivery was painless and fast. Even though the agent had to lift the spa to our deck 8 feet above ground level, the entire process took about an hour with zero issues. I rated the wrong Aqua Living outlet originally, and the owner of this outlet (Nate Frazier) called and kindly let me know I may have rated the wrong place... He then offered to help however he could. (Update - he actually had the national manager approve shipping me new parts for free!!) Nate is solid dude, and will obv help you out even without you asking! I not only offer my apologies for rating the wrong place, but I will also likely buy from him in the future and will update this post then (as well as pass his info along to anyone looking)! THANKS NATE for your caring and efforts. Had the other person at the othet aqua living outlet been this good, I would have likely never posted a negative rating for you on accident.
