Changed previous 5 star to 1 star. This place is just horrible now. It used to be the best fast food to eat but it appears it has changed ownership and is no longer owned by the original awesome owners. The past 5 times i have went the food has been just okay and several of the times they missed items. The main problem now is the service is just atrocious. They don't do their jobs correctly and then when you ask for it to be fixed they act like you are inconveniencing them something horrible. I'm not going to mention every problem as it would be a long review but tonight was the final bad experience. I looked at their website and see they are supposed to be open till 10pm tonight so I drive over and get there right around 9:23pm. For the first few minutes nobody will answer the speaker but finally someone comes to take the one person in front of me's order. The people in front of me took a while as well so I pull up to the speaker at 9:29pm only for a robot to come over the speaker and tell me they are closed. I wasted 30 minutes of my time to drive there and sit as well as the wasted gas all for them to see me waiting in plenty of time but still refuse to give service even though the website says 10pm? That is garbage customer service! I have eating here 100s of times as it really was the only fast food I could stand so I would eat here at least 4 times a month but I won't be back after this experience. I'm also going to look to see if I can find my previous receipts from the last month so I can now feel out the surveys without feeling bad. Let corporate know how far this...
Read moreYesterday my family sat in the drive thru for thirty minutes waiting on our food. Which was a chicken sandwich and fries and a burger and fries. Nothing too crazy. We ordered, pulled up to the window, were handed our drinks and a number and told to pull into the right lane. Before we know it we are at the front of the right lane and still nothing. We have seen several cars arrive and leave in the time frame we were waiting on our food. After about 15 minutes of waiting we began to get fed up and decided to flag down the kid who was bringing the food outside. He asked for our number and said it would be “right out”. Another ten minutes passed. A second kid comes out and he asks us how long we’ve been waiting. We explained that we’d been there for about a half hour at this point and he said he’d figure out what was taking so long. We told him not to worry about it, that we’d just come inside. We ended up finally getting our food, which had to be remade because our original order was thrown out. We were not offered a refund nor were we given an apology, just continuously questioned about “where we were”; we never once left the line except to go inside later on. When we got home we noticed one of the burgers we ordered was not prepared how we ordered it. None of the toppings were included. My husband called and the manager hemmed and hawed about doing anything to make things right, but eventually agreed to give us a free custard the next time we came in. The next time I was out that way I went in to get our free custard and the cashier went to check their records for our name and issue. She came back and said they weren’t finding anything. I then attempted to call my husband so he could speak to them (he was the one who called about the issue initially), and as I was doing that another manager came out to inquire about our issue. I told him our story. I was getting the impression I was not being believed. I told him the day it happened and that it was a woman my husband talked to, but that was all the information I had.
