I was very disappointed but not surprised with my experience at “professional “ jewelers recently . I can honestly say I was not expecting a high end jewelry experience after seeing the cheap advertisement off of airport road….you know the hired hand that stands there waving a sign for all the passers. But, I didn’t expect such rude service. To make it short and simple….I asked to look at a tray of diamond bands while the jeweler (Darren) was helping another customer literally less than a foot away from me . When I was handed the tray , I noticed it had an empty slot for a ring. Well, Darren didn’t hesitate to imply that I took one by stating that it was full earlier. I was so taken back that I let him know I didn’t want to continue looking if he was implying that I took the ring. He just stated that he always keeps the trays full and not sure why it wasn’t. I decided to leave and as I was walking towards the door he said “it’s cool, they aren’t real anyway “. Darren, your business is obviously not so “professional “. You accused an innocent customer who was just looking forward to getting a beautiful diamond band for Christmas, of stealing . What a great experience we had designing our wedding rings. Just happened to stop at the store one afternoon, after reading some other positive reviews on the web and it was the best decision we could have made to end up with two unbelievably beautiful wedding rings. When we walked in the store, we really had no clue what style rings we were looking for. Darren took his time with us as we looked and looked. We found a style of ring we liked for the bride, in one of his showcases. Darren took the style, our ideas, his suggestions and designed a beautiful setting. For my ring, I found a style on a one of the website that he suggested I look at. Again he took the style, our thoughts, along with his suggestions and my ring came out awesome. Darren was also super fast in making each of the waxes(what the ring will look like, but it is made of wax-so changes can be made if needed), having the two waxes ready for our approval, casting the rings, polishing, setting the stones, and everything else that goes into having two absolutely amazing rings completed. He also did needed repairs on some jewelry that we had.

My experience with Darren at Professional Jewelers was nothing short of amazing. I was looking to design a unique engagement ring for my soon to be Fiancé. After over an hour of us looking together at pictures online as well as drawings Darren created, we both agreed on a very original design. When he showed me the diamonds he was using, I was speechless by the clarity and beauty of them. At that moment I knew I came to the right place. The days following he sent me pictures of the molding so I could approve the ring before he started to work on it. Within a few days it was finished. When I saw the finished ring I couldn't believe how well done he did and the detail he put into it. When it was time to propose, my girlfriend was in tears at how beautiful it looked. When we got back into town to resize the ring he not only made it fit perfectly for her, he cleaned it even more to make the diamonds really pop. I can't say enough about this place and the top notch service I had received. Darren and his wife truly care about their customers and their needs to create the perfect piece.
