DON’T GO HERE!! Would give negative stars if possible. Worst experience in my life and I will NEVER step foot in there again. Waited for a while to be acknowledged to get on wait list. That should have been my first sign. Order, server is unsure if they have pickles for appetizer she would have to check. Comes back with 1 drink, there are 2 of us. Have to ask for the other drink. She says I don’t know about the pickles no one would answer me. Place our order. I ordered wings (10) and fries asked if we could do 6 one sauce and the other 4 a different sauce..sure no problem. Husband ordered a burger. They did have pickles she brought them and I asked for ranch..never seen it. Out comes the burger, she said your wings & fries will be right out. 10 min later still no wings, husbands burger getting cold because he’s waiting on me to get my food. Wings come she says oh they can’t split the sauce 4/6 it’s 5 and 5. I asked why we weren’t told that she said they told me as they handed them to me.i asked her if she should know that when people are ordering. Meanwhile in the walkway between the dining room and kitchen stands another man(manager) scrolling on his phone, even trying to show servers things on the phone while they are clearly trying to work. Instead of helping get refills, clear tables etc. you know manager duties. Ran out of drink, never got the carrots that were supposed to come with my wings. And my fries were cold! Manager comes to the table, we tell him the situation, he apologizes and says he’s been in the kitchen trying to help with orders. Starts making excuses for everything.This is when I asked who the man was who had been on his phone and not helping, he said he’s actually a shift manager I said oh that makes it even worse. We did not want anything comped or for free, we just wanted him to be aware of what was happening in his restaurant. And this is a new one for us..when we said the burger was cold because we were waiting on my food the manager says well, you need to tell your server you want the food to come out at the same time ???? Never have I ever had to do this at a restaurant..hello we’re here to have dinner together!! Waitress never came back to the table at all. Then here stands ol James-the shift manager in the walkway again chatting it up with a different sever who is looking at our table, obviously he’s telling her what happened. I motion for him to come to our table and ask him his name and tell him his behavior was very unprofessional. To talk about customers who are there and have them staring at us. Read moreI ordered 30 Caribbean Jerk wings. They gave me a weird “Hot” flavor. Not the medium wing Caribbean jerk flavor, the wings were in tore up box. But the sauce just wasn’t right. I drove back to the location Airport road and informed them that it didn’t seem right the wings just looked different then what I’m used too, so the to go lady tells me that I ordered the Caribbean flavor and that’s what I got. I calmly told her I’m almost positive it was wrong so she rips the order away and runs off in the back yelling “DEVIN”. I wait about 10 more minutes and I’m assuming the manager Devin comes back out with the same wings in a new box but the wings were recoated in a new sauce. He told me “Sir, you got the right flavor but your box was destroyed so I put in a new box but they were right”
I told him I have a bottle of the sauce I wanted at home and that the sauce they first gave me wasn’t right. I looked inside and went, okay that’s the right sauce.
He proceeds to cut me off and tell me “I made these myself I’ve been in the kitchen since 2 and I know for a fact these were right, I just Respun them”
So I don’t mind when a mistake happens but the manager was very rude about the whole exchange like I was yelling or something. I calmly told him “sir I didn’t say anything about how long you’ve been working I’m sure you do your very best, but those wings you gave me before weren’t right”
He cuts me off again and tells me that the box was messy and these were the right flavor. I personally didn’t want any more trouble but I won’t be eating these wings, mostly cause the managers hands had wing sauce over them with no gloves. 50 dollars for bad service. A simple repost would’ve sufficed without the hassle. I don’t come out for fast food I come out for the service. I personally don’t like the fact they just gave me the same wings back. Didn’t even give me Celery or carrots.
I asked for a receipt from the to-go attendant and was told “Sorry you’re not happy with your flavor”
I told her “it’s fine, I don’t want any trouble, the flavor really isn’t the problem it’s the service”
“Well they’re the right flavor, they were right from before”
I told her “it’s fine, I figure he just recoated the wings”
She goes “nooooo, well they’re were right so whatever you want to believe”

First off our waitress Karen seemed to be good and prompt, got our drink orders timely. We ordered appetizers of onion rings and fried pickles along with our main course of wings. The pickles and one order of boneless wings come out but no onion rings. We waited a bit longer and the rest of the entrees came out (2 kids meals, 20 wings, street tacos and chicken strip Meal) once again no onion rings. At this point I had given up that we were getting our appetizer of onion rings. Our drinks became empty and it took several passes of our table for our waitress to slow down and even notice we needed refills, didn’t stay long enough to even ask about the missing appetizer. One member of our party finally got the waitress’s attention to order some dessert, I also agreed I would like to order the same dessert and not to worry about the onion rings, to which I get this response “oh sorry they are in their way to the table I can’t do that”… I didn’t even have the energy to argue with this lady, so I just said fine. Well got the long awaited onion rings and she brings out only one dessert. When she finally makes her way back to our table we ask where the other desserts is and she stated “oh I was gonna let you see/taste that dessert ti make sure that’s what you wanted”. If I didn’t want it I wouldn’t have ordered it so that was an idiotic excuse. Once we finally got the bill split up we paid online because once again she was no where to be found. I took my daughter to the restroom and the rest of our party went outside to wait. As we are coming out of the restroom I see the table beside us staring at myself and my daughter and whispering around…. Next thing I know our waitress grabs my should and said “are y’all done, or is everyone else in the bathroom too” I told her no that the rest of the party was outside waiting and she said “so are you not gonna pay” I explained we had paid online and she stated there was no way for her to know if we paid online or not….. not only was she insinuating that myself and the other people had tried to skip out on our bills, she must have make a comment either to or pound enough for the table next to us hear. We tok our receipts in and spoke with the manager who was helpful and apologetic, however I will never step foot into your...
