Well to start we were seated quickly and everything seemed fine. My wife , daughter and myself ordered our drinks my wife and I both ordered Italian rum punch and were brought 2 margaritas. (No biggie) My daughter ordered fried mozzarella which made it out before the return of our corrected drinks. When our waitress brought our drinks she dropped mine on the table right in front of me. Now I'm covered in Italian rum punch. So I go to the bathroom to get dried off and cleaned up as much as possible. While in there another customer says "man I was right in front of you and heard the crash and me and my wife just cringed" then he said him and his wife were just watching the show and that the manager was giving all the wait staff a really hard time. So I come back out and we were moved to a different table. I'm still soaked so my wife goes to the wait station to get some towels. I wasn't even upset I knew it was an accident. I told my wife I'll still tip the waitress because I know she's embarrassed and the guy in the bathroom said it was a rough night there anyway. Although I did expect a major compensation to our bill. After all I say there in discomfort sticky and wet so I couldn't enjoy my meal if I wanted. So then a manager comes over and stated that he heard what happened and was sorry gives me a $15 gift card. At this point I just want to leave. So I ask the waitress for assistance to apply the gift card to the bill which I'm still not happy with. $75 no adjustments but a $15 gift card to cover my drink. The waitress then took the gift card and applied it to gratuity. So I'm left with the entire bill. This experience was horrible. We visit many olive gardens but this visit has definitely made us already think we'll be looking for other options. I would have given a better tip than that. Big 👎👎👎 will not be visiting this location again.

I’m beyond thrilled that Olive Garden brought back the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo! This dish has always been one of my favorites, and it did not disappoint. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, while the creamy Alfredo sauce had just the right touch of Gorgonzola blue cheese to make every bite pure comfort food bliss. It’s the kind of dish that feels like a celebration in itself! My company chose Alfredo with added broccoli, and it was a fantastic addition. Fresh, vibrant, and perfectly cooked. To start, we couldn’t resist the classic salad and breadsticks, which were as delicious as ever, another pleasant surprise was the lasagna fritta appetizer. It was our first time trying it, and it was absolutely incredible, crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside. It’s definitely something we’ll be ordering again. Thank you, Olive Garden, not only for bringing back the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo but also for delivering an all-around excellent dining experience. From the warm atmosphere to the consistently delicious food, every visit feels like coming home. I can’t wait to come back for more!!

Struggling with the water shortage, it was like a picnic in the restaurant, paper plates, plastic glasses, plastic silverware. Food portions were almost half of usual. Spaghetti was overcooked and water soaked. Waiter, raced through you trying to order, and you could tell he had been taking a lot of shots from customers, disappointed with their experience. And we heard him patiently and kindly answering stupid questions, Just be warned it's not business as usual, (no graded Parmesan cheese) and probably not until December when the water is safe to use will things be as expected. You can see how they are trying to make things seem normal after a terrible disaster. The surrounding areas still don't have drinking water, all water has to be boiled to be used, drinking water is brought in. Thanks for trying to bring normal back to an area of chaos.

First time ever having an unpleasant experience at a Olive Garden. Took one of my best friends out to eat for their birthday. Ordered a couple entrees plus soup that came with it and some wine etc. Needless to say we found TWO DIFFERENT strands of hair that did NOT belong to us in our main entrees. Called our waiter over through two other servers which took forever all while I'm sitting there wondering if Im being "Punk'd" I asked our server if we could get something for the inconvenience since he wasn't trying to do anything bout it but just having it remade. He said the manager was able to comp it off but that we were still going to have to pay for the soups. First thing I thought was why would I have to pay for the soups if the soups already came with the meal? It wasn't the money that was the issue. The issue was it just didn't make any sense for me to have to pay for the soups especially if it already came with the meal. But that's just my opinion. The waiter claimed that that's just how the rules are. That restaurant was NOT going to fall apart "comping" off two soups. Ultimately I ended up paying for two soups and two glasses of wine and left a pretty decent tip (more then 20%) on top of that but the look on our waiter didn't seem like he was appreciative of it. His "thank u" was very dry and left me not wanting to go back to that location ever again. I'm not going to dine in at a place where I don't feel appreciated at. Tbh I didn't have to leave a tip AT ALL and second of all for all I care all they probably did was reheat the food over and placed it in...

We stopped in here after visiting the mountain state fair. We were seated quickly, however we waited twenty minutes for our server. I had to use the digital kiosk to "call waitress" to the table. She stated she was new and we were understanding however she only had us and one other table. She took our drink and appetizer order. She brought the drinks and we had to ask for breadsticks which usually come with drinks if not before. She then took our order and our food came quickly. She did not return to the table. We did not receive any refills. I had to flag her down to ask for a refill on my daughters never ending pasta and she said we needed to wait until she could write it down and also because she was doing something for another table. Our glasses were empty and she didn't ask us if we wanted refills. We had to flag her down again to ask for a box and our check. She came back for my card but forgot my check. She then went to the table beside us and grabbed a different kiosk and said our bill was on it and we could pay on it there. I understand when someone is new. We were very kind, and even tipped her well despite the service. However even as a new employee you could at least remember to stop by the table and check on guests or offer refills. Especially when you only have 2 tables. Despite the bad service the food was very delicious and we...
