Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Burton

GREAT pizza! That is, if you don't mind waiting an hour for it! I have before ordered over the phone with them and then waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to even get my pizza.

Well, Today I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, which is fine. There were other customers in front of me. Besides, I didn't even order over the phone. So, I expected to wait some. Though, When I placed my order at 4:45pm and paid for it already. Was told it would take 10 minutes and for me to drive up in the front by the doors and wait for someone to give me my order. My order was an Extramostbestest Peperoni pizza and two orders of bread sticks with one sauce. Well, 4:55 came and the store started to get more busier. I watched the drive thru fill up and clear out, as well as the other customers in the store.

SO, I decided to call them at 5:06pm to see if my order was done. The lady who answered told me to come to the drive thru lol! That was when I told her my story. Still, didn't seem to matter though since it took longer after that too.

FINALLY, at 5:25pm I get my pizza. That was warm at best. At least the bread sticks were hot. The girl that was running the drive thru window forgot my sauce and had to run back in to get it.

SOMETHING!!!!!! Has to be DONE about this store! NO ONE should be waiting this long for food. Maybe a new manger needs to be in place there? Regardless, I will drive over to Atherton Rd for Little Caesar's now. I don't even care it's a 10 minute drive for me too. Doesn't really matter either way. I would still get home with hot food driving to that store location, than to wait another moment at this store on Bristol...

Love the food, but they are way too slow and their estimated times are way off. Many times I've walked in wanting something simple and have had to wait fir over 35 minutes. Additionally, tge drive through experience is terrible. If they actually used the new intercom they put in, they could have orders ready by time the 35 minutes it takes to get to the window has past. Today I wanted a HotnReady. Breadsticks, and wings. Was told it would be about 20 minutes and was asked to pull around again(cause i cant hold up the line at the window) so i pulled around and waited 20 minutes and came to the window. I was then told it'd be about 5 more minutes on the wings and was asked to pull around AGAIN with 6 cars behind me(cars I would have been behind and had to wait for to get my food). So I said there is alot of cars back there and itd be much longer than 5 minutes if I pulled around a SECOND time. I was then told to go in the lobby instead, so i did where i waited for about 10 minutes and walked up to the counter where i was informed it would still be ANOTHER FEW MINUTES. I am now sitting in the lobby at the 45 minutes after my order mark and Im almost not even hungry anymore. Its been 25 minutes since I was told 5 more AFTER the initial 20. And i just got my food at the 48 minute mark. Was told "about 20" had to...

This place used to be great to come to being its just around the corner from me but its went downhill fast! I'd go to the sagnaw and hill rd location before this place again and have a little longer of a drive. Not sure what happened to this place but its by far the worst little ceasers ive ever been to and i used to travel the country.

Haven't been back to this location in a year and low and behold....its worse. Asked for the Cheeser!Cheeser! Pepperoni in the drive thru and the two she pulled out from the warming ovens had so much grease on the bottoms they clearly had been in there for hours...not an hour but hours. The bottom of the boxes were so soaked in grease that there's no way they weren't in there for anything less than 2-3 hours. Figured I'd give them some time to fix their issues here but seems things just have gone further south and am completely shocked after my visit back that nothing has improved. The closing of this store would be best in the communities interest as clearly the selling of old food still happens and the lack of cleanliness I'm sure will never improve. The rotating window has enough parmesan cheese jammed into corners that's it's very evident it hasn't been cleaned in weeks...
