TAQUERIA RAMIREZ 3 — Restaurant in Kentucky

My family and I stopped in after church to have lunch. I had to use the restroom when we arrived and the restroom had water all over the floor. Came back out to the table to flavorless watered down salsa. Because it was my 1st time here I tried something simple as did the rest of my family. I had the arroz pollo without tomatoes and add mushrooms...when I received my food it had tomatoes and you could tell they just threw the mushrooms on top of my plate, it had no flavor at all, and my chicken was burnt and crunchy; my husband order the fajita ramirez without guac...when received the main course was pretty much floating in grease and had no flavor but a charred fire flavor and the spice was so bad my husband was sweating and his nose was running (this is a guy that love spicy food and orders 2nd to the hottest wings at Quaker steak) his plate with lettace and sourcream you could tell where they messed up and put guac on it and they just scrapped it off and the amount of sourcream wouldn't have been enough for a mouse also they forgot my husbands beans and brought him out a very small bowl of beans; my son order 2 steak tacos and the shells was like rubber so he just ended up eating the steak off of it; my daughter ordered the chicken quesadilla which was actually decent but dripping with grease and they did not bring her beans with it and her guac was already turning brown when they brought it out and it had no flavor at all. On top of it all our bill was $70 and some change, my husband left the waitress a $7 tip because serves wasn't great and when she rang him out it was $79. So I dont know if they charge for using a card but that definitely was told to us. We were very disappointed and left the food on the table, paid and left. Also they were not busy at all so I dont know if this is just a bad restaurant but I know we will never return. My 13 year old son told us "From now on can we just go to a place we know...

Buyer beware!!!! This place is price gouging! CHECK YOUR BILL!!! We ordered 3 tacos, they brought out 4. When questioned to the waiter she said you ordered 4… hmmmm didn’t eat the 4th. Still charged us for the 4th…… anyways… Tacos are $4 which equals $16. Also, We had a side of queso sauce. Which should be a few dollars right? Well our bill was $28. Anywho in a hurry because the waiter took so long to get our check and not check on us for like 30-40 mins after delivering the food. We need get a check, just the POS machine with $28 dollar total.. tipped 20% anyways not thinking anything of it. Total came to $35.

Laying in bed last night thinking about the total math just didn’t add up….. my total should have been $20 max even after she charged me for a taco I didn’t order…. I’m very disappointed with this place and their integrity after reading some reviews of similar cases of people being over charged I am confident they are...

We had ate at this restaurant once before and it was good. The next time we decided to go back for fajitas they were straight Gristle and I don’t mean just fat I mean 90% of the “ meat” was tough, Gristle and almost like tendons because it was not chewable at all!! I’m not sure what it was, I don’t think that this was any kind of ribeye or sirloin they were using in these fajitas. it was most of the meat in the fajita we ordered 3 of them! Two were full of the gristle! it was so gross. the flavor of the bell peppers and onions was decent but they were undercooked and the meat with all the gristle was just so offputting I don’t Understand how the person cooking these fajitas and preparing this meat didn’t realize that it was such a Grizzley portion they were putting in the fajitas!? I find it to be disgraceful, I wouldn’t feed my dog that, it wasn’t even chewable not a good way to start out your new store....
