Chopsticks — Restaurant in Florence

The only reason I didn't rate it one start is because of how friendly the workers were and how clean it seemed. Tonight was our first time trying this place so we ordered quiet a lot of food for take out, online. It was super easy to order the food on the site and they had lots of options... (Waiting for the bad part?) THE FOOD! We spent almost $40 getting sevral different items such as shrimp lo mein, teriyaki chicken on a stick, shrimp eggroll, crab rangoons, pork dumplings, general tso's chicken, and lastly shrimp fried rice. When I got home my family was hungry and excited since I drove 20 miles just to get it. I noticed my (2yrold) daughter who will eat any kind of rice and loves pork dumplings wasn't touching any of her food. So I picked up a dumpling and said, "look baby, eat" and took a huge bite of what tasted like it was cooked in 10 year old grease (had her father try it also and he agreed). Our disappointment only grew as we tried bites of everything else. There was not one edible thing in my entire order except for the 2 liter of Sprite. I've never ordered from a Chinese restaurant where their Orange Chicken & Sesame Chicken were the freaking same except the only difference being red pepper flakes in 1 & sesame seeds thrown on top the other. Let's not forget that the sauces were more of a gelatine/jelly consistency w/ the Chickens breading being so thick & heavy it is broken off all throughout these disgusting concoctions they throw together. I've ordered Orange & Sesame Chicken for over 35+ years & there has always been a distinct difference in appearance & taste & not just by simply throwing some seeds on a pile of goo. Whenever I called they got an attitude & told me it's same sauce 1 is spicier w/ seeds which I think is upsurd they claim to have authentic food bc 1st place I've been served an orange jelly mess of slop. I was nice whenever I called but their attitude & lack of not giving a fu*k & not offering to make it right in anyway has me heated. I love your food still love the food and not trying to be mean or rude but you’re all food is so delicious and taste way better then the 3 lady Thai restaurant my friend just went there and got me and him some of their food and oh my god it was really horrible it had no taste at all and my sweet and sour chicken was watered down and they put like a ton of bell peppers then any chicken and their rice was really horrible too and I’m thinking to myself nobody eats bell peppers with sweet and sour chicken and it was a ton of bell pepper but anyways I’m glad that you all are the best Chinese restaurant in the world and I just wish that we came there instead of going to 3 lady Thai restaurant it was close to where we lived but for now on when we want delicious Chinese food we will come to your all restaurant and not the 3 lady Thai restaurants their food is horrible but you’re food is so much better and taste really good I apologize if I was being mean or rude I was very disappointed about the 3 lady Thai restaurant horrible tasting food you’re food is the best food...
