Beyond frustrating and unbelievable. Save yourself a headache, buy furniture elsewhere. I’ve experienced three failed deliveries for a 9p sectional. Still no firm timeline of when all pieces, that are supposedly in stock, will actually deliver. Just got a call 2-3 hrs before scheduled delivery today canceling on me and was told delivery cannot be re-scheduled until almost 2 weeks out from now. Had i been told delivery would take 3-4 weeks at purchase i never would have bought this set. Or run a gas line and got ready for delivery and use of this seasonal item. Very disappointing. Read moreWas walking around looking at furniture with my girlfriend being completely respectful. There were countless workers essentially “patrolling around” doing virtually nothing. One of them came up to us as we were trying out furniture and said “You guys can’t hang out here” to which I replied that we were just looking at furniture and again being completely respectful. He replied “If you aren’t going to buy anything I need you to leave.” The store was pretty much empty so I’m not sure what the issue was.
