Martin's Family Clothing — Local services in Florence

Not a fan of this location...the employees are rude and not very friendly. They think everyone steals and they will follow u all over the store just because I have returned several items I've purchased because I care for a wheelchair bound teenage girl and she cant actually go in and shop so I go shop for her and alot of times she doesn't like what I bring her or either it doesn't fit so I end up returning almost everything but so what thats my right to return and if its a problem that I return the items then change your return policy dont assume I'm manipulating the return system or stealing from your store. I have been in a totally different store and saw one of Martin's employees in there and I literally watched her go to the manager and tell them to watch me because I steal from martins...how sad is this!! I only gave them 3 stars because I do like the big selections they have however they are a tad...

Where we head for all our game day gear. Good selection of AL college gear. Plus Carhartt clothing.

Only complaint I have is watch the pricing. They have signs up saying 19.99 and items ring up for $24.99. The manager says oh, that sign should have been removed 3 days ago. Ok it's your store, go remove it. We came back the next day and the sign was still up.

SHOULD HAVE HONORED PRICE, THEN REMOVED THE SIGN! Don't be rude to your customers, they pay your salary. Got IT?

So they will try to make an extra $5 off customers not paying attention to prices.

I'd give the store 4 stars but the manager gets the 1 Star. She did the same thing to another couple in the line behind us. That's what alerted us to the price it...

I purchased a pair of sandals on Monday. Did not try them on because I had high-top sneakers and socks on. Took them home and they were not made right. The top of the sandals were really large and don’t even touch the top of my foot. They just flapped around. I took them back on Tuesday and was told I couldn’t return anything with a green sticker on it. I also could not exchange them. They were not made right!!!! How is that my fault. I asked the girls, what am I supposed to do with sandals that aren’t made properly. She said “you just have to keep them”. I told them to donate the sandals and walked out with nothing but my old receipt. I will never ever go back to a Martins Family...
