Soo our first experience going in was Amazing. We met a young man named Victor he really helped us out a lot and gave us a great deal. We went back to set up a delivery date which was scheduled for Saturday September 24th at 2 p.m. Okay so this is when things took a turn on September 24th the day we were suppose to get our new mattress delivered 2 p.m. came and went. We actually had to call to see where they were turns out they forgot about us. The Manager then proceeded to blame the worker Victor that was put sick saying he didn't remind him. So he decides that he will bring it but not until 7 pm after the store close. So when he did arrive at 7 p.m. he starts rushing us to help him with the mattress because he had plans with his wife. First off that's not our fault because yall should have delivered it at the time we scheduled. The prices of the mattresses are superb but the level of professionalism from the Manager...

Enjoyed my mattress experience! I emailed Mattress Outlet after viewing several websites of companies that sell this product. I received a reply back within 2 days. I had visited 2 other stores in Florence to get an idea of price and products I could afford. Jonny assisted us in the store. We were able to try out each mattress in store, and I liked the prices Delivery prices were lower than other places I looked at. We have been sleeping well on our new mattresses for almost a week now. Only downside was that the discounted price was not on ticket of item. If I had just randomly picked this store out, I would have turned around and walked out, since the prices on the items were out of my price range. But since I had been corresponding with the men concerning a purchase, I stayed and waited until Jonny was able to assist us. Would I recommend Mattress Outlet of Florence?...

What a pleasant surprise to find in Florence. I needed a new SET and needed it Now for a family member over at Elmcroft! I walked in, explained my need, was given options, paid, packed and out the door in less than 20 minutes!!!!! YAY --- I had a friend with me who had just purchased from elsewhere and was amazed at quality and price difference at the Mattress Outlet. DO NOT waist your time elsewhere with the financing gimmicks. If you have $$ and want a mattress today with no hassle, GO here and no place else. You will need far less $$ here than any other mattress store in the area. Great...
