They were able to quickly diagnose the problems with my wife's computer and even though they couldn't get the data off of the damaged hard drive they were able to provide me with someone who could.

The store itself is very well kept, the location is convenient and the atmosphere upon entering the store is friendly and professional. The best part was they didn't charge us a single penny for the analysis and for removing the damaged hard drive.

I would certainly come here again with any other computer related issues....
