The Hideout - Ramen + Boba Tea — Restaurant in Florence

I tried this place for the first time and here’s my thoughts. The people working there were friendly and welcoming. I ordered a bowl of chicken ramen, dumplings, and a vanilla boba tea. The ramen was served in a huge bowl big enough for my husband and I to share. It was very tasty. The broth was delicious. The dumplings were my favorite! They were so flavorful and just the right amount of crispy. I literally can’t stop craving them now lol. Their vanilla boba tea was good as well. My daughter came to visited wanted boba tea, the menu was a bit confusing to me but wow, I do a ton of home cooking, and the food is super unique, I will try to replicate at home but when each time I goto Florence I know where to go. I ate here on April 21, 2022. I am vegan and Reed was so knowledgeable about veganism and was very helpful with my order, verifying ingredients with the chefs.
