I door dash deliver and I had to pick up a ice coffee for a customer that ordered 30 to 45 min ahead online, prepaid. I go to the register to check in and pick up. I am not ordering so I do not wait behind 4 or 5 others to "order". They proceeded to ignore me, although I was nice and just wanted to be acknowledged that I am there to check in and wait if need. She is rude and gets the customers involved cause they don't want to wait of course, so they side with her. I can't believe how rude and I explain to all of them that is not how it works, mobile orders are pick up, they don't come last they ordered ahead and paid ahead. You skip the line to order ahead. They argue with me. I asked for the general manager and told him I was being treated. He is scared of any confrontation and says, I wasn't up here so I don't know what was said. I was in utter shock by that point! I record the cooperate number and contact door dash too. And also the website for cooperate. No customers should be treated like this as far as mobile order and/or door dasher. No so called general manager or manager should handle a situation like that, cause you can tell he was scared and didn't want to get involved for what was right. Door dash even said first come first serve, mobile orders are first served ordered ahead. I care about my customers through door dash which is their customers too. I see they do not. Unless they are in their face, maybe. So unprofessional. I even there before and was not treated like this by past employees. Read moreI have no issue with the store, the service or the food. My issue is I looked up the business hours on Google and it stated " drive through open 24 hours". Since I had just got off work from my second shift job, I wanted to drive from out of town ( approx. 20 minutes one way) to pick up a dozen or so. I get there and see workers inside the store so I pull around to the lit up drive through sign. I wait fir about 10 minutes. No response so I drove to the window. No one there. No sign or notes on the window. I pulled around into a space and looked online again . This time going directly to their home site( yes, I know I should have done this first) looked up this locations hours and lo and behold " drive through open 530am to 9pm". I see where KK updates the Google menu everyday but no one is bothering to update the hours. I know for a fact this location was open 24 hours some time ago but when that changed , I have no idea. I didn't want to waste the gas or time driving back home to come back later. So I took a nap in the parking lot until they opened. Once open, the service was quick, polite and friendly. The doughnuts were awesome as usual. I would suggest posting the drive thru hours somewhere " in the drive thru" maybe on the sign or at the window. Read moreI just had the worse experience I have ever had here. And I have came here alot in my last 35 years. So I asked about the Santa box. They are clueless on what they have there, and there is no way to explain to them because they are that clueless. So i asked what kind of donuts they had for the Santa box. They couldn't name any of them except creme filled. So I got a dozen. And the Santa bellys are creme filled but they still did the chocolate iced creme filled. Told me i was confusing them, becuase they didnt have a donut they told me they did have 🤣 so Even though I said I wanted to do the Santa Box they still gave me donuts thay were normal. Hell I don't work here, didn't know I needed to research and find the names of the donuts before I ordered so that they give me actual Christmas donuts. SMH. So I pretty much got assorted creme filled donuts instead of actual Christmas donuts. It's a shame when you go somewhere to order something and the people working there have no idea about...
