My own indecisiveness in figuring out exactly what I wanted certainly made this a much longer process than it needed to be, but Cindy could not have been more patient during the whole process!!! She was very helpful in showing pre-made as well as discussing with me custom options. She was integral in helping me reach a final conclusion.

We decided a custom piece was the way to go, so she found a Jewelry Designer out of New York who designed my necklace based on the description of what I hoped the final outcome would be, which she passed along the details perfectly to him. My necklace is exactly what I envisioned and I could not love it more!!

Was kindof price shopping, to find who I could get to offer me the biggest cash amount to sell some gold. This place was such an unpleasant experience. I tested the gold before I went there. I had previously gone to two other places before them. I had reasonable offers at those. 35% at one and 45% at the other of the total value for the gold I brought in.
