The staff is top notch. I like everyone I have dealt with. The prices on sealed, well it's an LCS. So at times, it will be the absolute best price you can find. Other times, the prices will indistinguishable from the secondary market on in print items. I will say, this is more indicative of the state of Pokemon in 2025 than this store. When I have pre ordered an item, i got it for far cheaper than anywhere else I have seen in exchange for receiving the item unsealed as an anti scalping measure, which I applaud. The singles prices are a double edge sword. The highest they will buy or sell a single is LP. So you will be able to buy cards that are actually NM at LP prices. But you will also be selling your NM cards at LP prices. Their buying/trade rates are industry standard for an LCS. On the whole, I love this shop. I have done business with them in the past. And I look forward to doing business with them...

This is only a review about the food btw - the space and people are nice!

If you're from out of town and looking for good food, just don't come here. I should have been tipped off by the "hamburger dumplings" on the menu. I got an udon dish that was meant to be slightly creamy - instead they doused it in thick melted cheese and parmesan. The "spice" was just a load of black pepper. I genuinely couldn't eat it. The photo speaks for itself. I guess if you want mac n cheese with udon noodles, go for it.

They also told me the bubble tea was sugar free, but it was sweeter than any bubble tea I've ever had. Couldn't finish that either! I'm kind of shocked that what I tasted was without the brown sugar they usually mix in.

Chill space for playing games. But I'd skip on the food unless you're really hungry and can't find anything...

I love coming here to hang out with many amazing people I have met in the past five years at Heroes. My fiancé and I have made lifelong friends going here to play Magic the Gathering, amongst other games. We have made friends who are our age and even more who are almost double our age. We have even made friends with staff that have been keeping the place alive since the old location! It is definitely the place to go if you need cheering up or some made to order food on the fly. Not to mention, if you have kids it’s a welcoming environment for them to run around and even play in the little reading area. You should try it out once or twice, even if gaming isn’t for you. You may like what you experience. By the way, they’ve got a bar where you can also order adult beverages...

Honestly I’ve only written 2 Google reviews in my life. This is the second one. And by god this place deserves it. I only went here by chance because I was told there was ramen. I walked in and almost walked out because I thought it was just a game store. I was wrong. This place makes the most heavenly pork ramen. I’ve lived on three continents, tried a hundred dishes, and none of them can top the preparation of this pork ramen. The soy eggs are beautiful - perfect soft yolk. The pork itself, magnificently caramelised, yet tender and delicious. The broth tastes insanely good. This is a hidden gem. Whether you play card games or not, this is THE place for ramen. I’m dragging everyone I know here. Also affordable!

My spouse and I both got the pork shoyu ramen. The pork was excellent, very flavorful and tender. The broth was pretty good, more flavorful at the bottom of the bowl. What perplexed me was the use of spaghetti noodles. Why?! It would definitely be 4 star ramen with the correct noodles. The main issue and reason for the 3 star review is the insanely long wait. This is not a place you go on your lunch break, which is strange, given that ramen is supposed to be quick. It took almost an hour to get 2 bowls of ramen. I'm glad it's made to order, but there has got to be a better system in place. I still really can't get over the spaghetti noodles...
